Urgant please !!! i have made a mistake, prolonge the vigetative stage

Hi, i have a mushroom farm in Lebanon,and this is my first growing room for agaricus mushroom, every thing ding well, till the casing time, i have made a mistake by prolonge the vegetative stage, that cause mycelium to cover all the casing surface without pinning head after 21days of casing, then i re arrange the casing layer, that cause the mycelium to grow fast on the casing cover but also without pinning heads formation..

some information : co2 level 963 ppm, RHL: 80 to 90% room temp 17C, beds temp: 1st: 60F 2nd: 70F 3rd: 70F and the final one is: 76F

please can any body help me what to do ???
i will attache some picture of all cultivation procedure from spawning till casing

You'd probably do better to post this in the Advanced forum. Most here are amateur mushroom growers, as I am. Hope you figure out what to do.

Dude, why don't you honor his request for "Experts only"? He runs a commercial mushroom farm, not a monotub in his mum's closet.
I have to agree that this should be moved to advanced mycology, though.

I'd suggest lowering the temperature a bit more, and also see if you can get the CO2 level down to 600ppm or less by increasing fresh air supply.  Give the casing layer a light misting a few times daily.

co2 vary from 500 to 1300 ppm by all the day, there is some mushroom pinheads in the edge of beds

some information: in the day 14 after casing i irrigate the casing surface with very cold water, is this the reason ???.. and i have some trouble to lower the room temp below 17 because we are here is summer time the outside temp vary from 36 to 42c

Hey, are you an expert ???, i think agaricus doesn't need a light to form a pinhead, and co2 level below 1000ppm is good..

please if you are an expert in agaricus cultivation, i will be apperciat your help

Yes, he is an expert. We use a tag "trusted cultivator" to indicate years of experience. Look under his name.
I think maybe you are misunderstanding the wording "light misting" means a little spray of water, not electric light.
