Medeski, Martin, and Wood, are the fucking best. Get "Its a jungle in here" if you dont already have it. John Coltrane is great too if you like jazz.

Any type of electric music like techno, house, ambient, etc....Also Industrial such as skinny puppy and some heavy metal is also good. I like to switch between all these types and others throughout the trip.

black metal during a trip? that would fucking scare me... doesn't sound like a good idea. i like stuff that's obviously drug inspired... tangerine dream is aweseome. hendrix. my friend is a prokofiev freak, and i dont' even really like classical but it was pretty good i think. tricky. i get more into mellow stuff in that state.------------------ this time, the revolution will NOT be televised.

Boardeh!!! RIGHT ON!!! I thought I was the only one who liked listening to Less Then Jake while under the influence. I have no idea why, but they just rock when Im stoned, even when Im not, but the instruments are just the shit while stoned or tripping (:Reel Big Fish, mxpx, and Blink182 are all favorites of mine too. Infact, Reel Big Fish and Less Than Jake are the only ska bands I really like. Sublime, 311, Bob Marley...those are good too!!

Come on guys!!! BEATLES Also Floyd,Orb(kicks major ass),Ozric Tentecles,Phish,Primus(always good),The dead, and if u guys have never heard it you should give Ken Nordine a listen...check out the cd "Colors"...it's beyond explanation..gotta hear it for yourself....look it up at cdnow.com there are some short samples...i suggest listening to "Yellow" and "Maroon"...it's definatly odd...but while tripping it is the best...and really funny.-Primate ------------------ ~~"Oh, welcome to this world of fools, of pink champagne and swimming pools, where all you have to lose is your virginity. No one mentions Apollo 440? What a shame... really gets me flowing apart while on shrooms. Also, Beck and Prodigy are good.

*GO TO THE CD STORE AND LOOK FOR CLUTCH*I never see anyone mention CLUTCH on these threads. Their new cd "elephant riders" is the shit, same with their cd before that one. The guitars are especially nice, they have that fuzz sound to em. Also, they have the vocalists voice dubbed on some tracks so when you're trippings the songs sound like there are 2 or 3 people singing, its crazy.
