Like have you ever stood next to a friend as they got shot down in some way, and like.. felt slightly the insecurity that they must have felt as a result.

I used to have a hard time watching sitcoms when I was little because the situations they would get in were just so embarrassing for them. Frasier, especially.

Its hard to tell a friend "one day the right girl will come along" while you feel its almost like reassuring someone that they'll win the lottery :crazy:

Also when people get in painful or embarrassing situations, I feel their pain - sometimes more than they do themselves.

I care too much, and I can't turn it off.
