you and FWG are right. It is a hypothetical situation so it isnt fair to claim that she is a slut without some hypothetical past added on.

also, whether or not she would be guilty in court or not, was only part of the initial question. I really wanted to hear what P&S had to say about it.

what I like is that this thread started off honestly with that sole intention, just to get opinions on it.... but then it brought up some interesting points...

like, should we hold people accountable for placing unwavering trust in humanity and the situations that come about due to that trust.

well, it seems like if the trust is wrongly placed and people suffer from it, that is the only accountability and punishment that really needs to follow :shrug:
