Man Vs Wild is cool mostly for the scenic footage.

The one where he's ditched on the volcano seems pretty unrealistic compared to the rest. I don't think any novice would survive that shit.

I love this show way more than survivor man. Bear is just straight bad ass. Makes spear, throws spear at giant salmon, bites into living salmon to have blood squirt every where and simply replies, "This is the best sushi I have ever had."

That's exactly why the show sucks. I want to learn survival tips, he just does nasty shit and for the shock value. Lee gives tips and explains what he's doing as he goes along.
