a question for the ladies

ok so there is an arguement at work. its stupid a bunch of guys including my managers are debating. here is the question: "would you think it was weird if the very first time you hooked up with a guy, he went down on you? .. also do you think on a whole women consider the act to be too personal and are too self conscious having a guy they just met perform it? id put a poll, but i dont want just a button pushed, a short explanation is desired.
