I feel strong
    #5652819 -

I feel good today. I'm out of my own way. Love is easy to give because I have everything I need.

Well, I smell strong. It's the best I can do on short notice.

Good, then go start giving people compliments. You gotta spread the love- to spout an old cliche- because bad vibes seem to self-perpetuate effortlessly; it's the path of least resistance.

So, go out there and shoulder some shit.

"You gotta spread the love"

How about "tough love"?

Tough love can be more effective than the usual kind, but like anything that can potentially give greater gains, there comes greater risk.

My favorite is "coyote love".

Coyote love can be even more effective. However I think the risk is on the purity of your immortal soul, and that should never be risked. No matter how attractive the coyote.

The coyote loves tricks. In mythology the coyote is a trickster whose tricks often rearrange the awareness of the recipient of the trick. Hue(old)hue(old)coyotl(coyote) has given out much of it in life...and gives it freely.

Yes, I am familiar with the Coyote in Native American mythology. Coyote is similar in character to Loki in Norse myths...the clever trickster who can orchestrate discovery.

well
me
I'm a mess
got some weights for my hands 2# each
and they look like wrist guards which is great 'cause I might fall at any moment from my heelys - happenned 2 weeks ago! - I love wearing the ridiculous things instead of shoes.
so we were out on some errands this morning -
and around 12:30PM
I order a sandwich at this new little shop, and I notice a mail box nearby, so I rush out and mail a letter and hurry back to the sandwich shop but
splat!
I fall in the middle of the street.
(heelys - something got into the wheel?)
and people came running out of the shops to see if I was ok.
musta looked worse than it was,
the weights on my hands helped kind of,
but I got a cut finger.
me- not that strong,
working on it.

I am glad you feel strong....!  Good day to you sir....

I am starting to feel strong, as I have started a workout regimen and I have had the willpower to stick with it....
Building up SLOWLY after years of little exercise (because of a physical problem and the fear of re-injury), it feels good to feel "the burn" again...!

And with the physical gains, there are positive mental gains that come along with it....!
A "win win situation", if you will....

About 5 months ago I was getting lots of old person type hurts and aches. I took up weight lifting. I started small....bench pressing 50 lbs...and using 10lb dumbells. Now I am up to 150 on the bench and 40 on the dumbell weight. I have experienced a marked improvement in health. I quit having aches and pains of any sort. I actually have muscles once again and I feel much more energetic. At the first I was so sore that I had trouble getting out of bed to go to the bathroom at night. Now I feel incredibly strong and resilient.

It's amazing how fast the improvements take shape....
I got an elliptical (because there is no impact on the lower back area), started off 2 days a week at around 10-15 mins....
Even with starting off slow, your muscles aren't used to it and get sore...!
But now, a month later, I am up to 45mins (roughly 3.5 miles) 3 times a week, and I am starting to SLOWLY add in a little weight training....

I am already noticing the energy improvement, which is fuggin awsome....!
Can't wait till I start to see actual differences in my weight going down to where it was....

I've hit the weights again too. I spent so many years at it that the return is quick even at my age. (muscle memory). Now I do an easy work out. Uphill power walking each morning for one hour mixed with isometric arm exercises. Then twice a week pushups, dips, lats, and squats. Then I  take a nap. Next week I go on a fast. By the way, thanks and good day to you.

I have an elliptical...it is a harsh master... Try the Body for Life weight program for a good, but moderate weight guide. Amazon will have the book.
