Finally...someone used a brain cell

The city decided to drop my possession charge completely as long as I complete my school sanctions. How's that for reasonable? It's about time someone was like "you know..you've been punished enough for this small ass crime. Good luck to you sir"

What state are you in?Usually possesion is a misdemeanor,unless your carrieing over 2.2 pounds (kilo) with anything smaller than that,for a felony,they would have to get you for intent to distribute.

So what state?

Either the laws are strict or your being fucked,somwhere on along the lines.

A lot of places consider anything over an ounce, two ounces, etc intent to distribute. 'no one' could POSSIBLY need that much marijuana, heavens no. It's not like stoners are ever broke, they prefer to pay larger amounts with more frequent shady drug deals as opposed to just getting it over with.

What number pop was that for you . In my state , your second possession , no matter how much , is a felony . The first time you get caught with paraphernalia isn't even a criminal offense . Second time you get caught with it is a felony also . Go from no charge to felony for getting caught with papers twice . God Bless the USA .

What type of drugs are you guys getting fenonlys for? Here weed is 90% legal so long as your not useing in public or doing any thing stupid. here any amount of weed is 120$ at most. Coke/speed on the other hand can get you fenoly after fenoly here.

here in washington since they cant decrim it.(yet) they make it the polices lowest priority. But here the cops can be werid. Once I was pulled over doing 70 in a 30 and the cop yelled and screamed and said that i could be areasted then I explined to him "well There is only me and one other guy at work and we ran out of meat so I had to go to the next mcdonalds to get some more meat and had to go as fast as I could" then he let me go no ticket no nothing. Then I was pulled over for nothing I wasnt speading It was just late at night and the cop was bored I guess stoped and then as soon as i pulled over and shit he fliped a bitch and left. Other time I was pulled over for doing 45 in a 25 becouse i was late to work He blamed it on my cell phone that I was useing then he said "damn it smells like weed you wouldnt know any thing about that would you" I said "no sir some one must have ran over a skunk." then he ran my plates and licance and let me off on a warning. Overall wa state pwns for stonners so long as you dont smoke and drive and arent underage.
