Yet more unbelievable Swami bias!

Everyday I get quotes in the mail from Vernon Howard, one of the best modern spiritual authors, on "How to Escape the Human Jungle". His quotes are ALWAYS concerned with taking control of your life and eliminating pain and fear.

This is not just my opinion, but that of many people including Skorpivo Musterion, a respected Shroomery member, who listed Vernon Howard as one of this top five spiritual authors

Yet, when I start a thread with a Vernon Howard quote not taken out of context and NOTHING ELSE, here is what happens YET AGAIN:

Wiccan_Seeker: "Reason for move: Swami, again this is NOT a spirituality thread but this one rather reflects the Skeptic philosophy. Therefore this thread goes to the Philosophy forum and you're getting an official warning for yet another off-topic post. Continue along this line and you might well be banned from this Spirituality forum."

Since when is a quote from a highly-respected spiritual author a bannable offense?

Well then just ban me now for breathing and for being Swami. Apparently, hypocrisy and injustice are somehow desirable 'spiritual' traits and values treasured in a moderator.  :thumbdown:

Seems that trash threads like "Paranormal Animals", wherein misidentified, hoaxed and photoshoped images are acceptable and even encouraged, but discussion of any real issues regarding spiritual growth are taboo. Please rename the forum to the National Inquirer...  :rolleyes:

Apparently, Wiccan has no idea what spirituality means.It doesn't have to be some wild bullshit to be spirituality; it can be a secular way of determining how a person should act towards others and in general. There is no rule that spirituality = mysticism. That CAN be the case, but it is not always.

Until he realizes what spirituality actually is, I wouldn't expect much out of him.

This is why i dont post in there anymore. I knew that the spirituality forum would become this. in fact, i really havent even seen anything spiritual talked about in that forum yet.

Your criticism has been noted and I do personally feel that the two related S&P forums are slightly confusing as to what is aimed to go where. As such, I have reopened the administrative dialogue on how we may better fine tune these forums so that such misunderstandings will not as often present themselves in the future.
