Bingo... I think a lot of people are forgetting that fact.
I think a lot of people have failed to show how Swami was picking apart the person rather than the ideas.

This has blown way out of proportion.

----------------------------------------------------------
Dear Administration,
(...) the administration has had many days and hundreds of posts to present it's case (...)
1. (...)closed to all (...) but myself and one chosen representative of the administration (...) without external "noise".
2. An agreement from the representative to directly respond to my questions in a timely fashion.
3. To respond to certain specific questions with a simple "Yes" or "No" (...) There will be no trick questions and no side-stepping when answering.
5. I get total control of the questioning process until I am satisfied. (...) Some questions will be posed one at a time until there is a response and others will be posted in a group. Then when I am done, your representative may do the same if he wishes.
In spirit,
Swami

I thought the username "Swami" was a mockery but I guess he really considers himself to be the Swami
As I see it this relay is a violation of the ban. Just what makes him so special that he can violate his ban with a list of demands against the management?
Just like I said in the other thread: the bad side of Swami is out to disturb the harmony. This "open letter" proves it. Instead of gracefully accepting his mere 15 day ban and coming back on this when he is allowed back, he seems fully aware of the upheavel here on site and rather then laying low to safeguard harmony in the community before returning he instead hurls gasoline on the fire to incite more upheavel among the members by having this letter posted in his name that does nothing but try fuel some misled "resistance movement" against the management of this site for his own honor and glory.
This is subtle manipulation no longer, this looks like blatant baiting to me and it's up to the "Swami resistance movement" to see if they choose to take this blatantly obvious bait thrown them by Swami.
In my personal opinion the management owes no explanation whatsoever when it acts to uphold harmony on this site.
With this "open letter" just about anyone should be beyond doubt. For his own honor and glory he fuels the fires of unrest and makes a list of demands and assumed "rights" not even a temp-banned moderator would dream to think up. Why? Because moderators are loyal to the Shroomery before their own image.
Thanks for clarifying this matter to all who want to see, Swami. I never dreamt that you would do anything like this, but rather handle things civilly.

This thread is just going in circles.. please let's keep this topic to one thread from here on out. Phluck, with respect to Swami's demands you may kindly tell him, "No."
