Only two shrooms????? HELP

I have a brown rice/verm cake that is fully colonize and produced only two shrooms. One was a monster (about 12" long) the other was medium sized (3-4"). There are no other signs of pins or fruiting. It is EQ strain and I only have the one cake. I was wondering can I case the cake? Should I try dunking or cold shocking? Any ideas/suggestion would be grately appreciated.

You're probably just being too impatient. But if you really feel the cake is no longer producing (which takes time) I reccomend the Funky Balloon Sea O Shrooms technique. Crumble half the cake into a dixie cup over the damp (not wet) vermiculite then cover the crumbled cake with damp (not wet) vermiculite and wait for about a week. Then fan regularly and most of all be patient.

No need for that big a shroom. Good shrooms come in 4 inches of love. Check veil next time. If it separtates from base pick it. Some cakes wont produce and other wont if all there material goes to big shrooms. BIgger is not always better, believe me. I tripped hard as shit off of 4 inch shrooms that just broke there veil. Good attempt however its time to grow a whole lot more! 8)

Some strains typically only produce one or two large fruits. Other strains produce many small ones.

That happens to me also! With the same strain. But I thought it is the setup cause a friend of mine had a lot of them with same strain. I first have like 4. One big and 3 smaller. But I tripped very powerfully on them. I did dunkin then and another 2 appeard. And had another pretty cool trip, though not so powerful as the first one. I don't eat at least 6 hours before the trip. hehe Now I am waiting for the fourth flush to see if it appears. Good luck!
