A nice "meditation" session yesterday

I sat on the beach, closed my eyes, and layed there in silence (apart from crashing waves and passing people). When I started, my mind was all racey and all over the place with thoughts. After an hour and a half, I was quite relaxed and in a proper state of mind.

I also possibly fractured a toe. I've never broken anything before but this hurts like a bitch. It doesn't help that both my feets are tired from walking the beach Saturday night for miles... Or walking out on the jetty, I maintained a few cuts from that.

I have a doctor's appointment at 11:30, hopefully I'll get the verdict today and get back to work.
