Speak your truth...

quietly without fear of rejection nor anticipation of praise.

One need not shout nor draw attention. Your life and your being speaks volumes to those around you.

What an interesting post.

What about you?

What about you?

Too vague a query. Does not compute. What about you? Tell us of your truth. No matter where you are and where each of us is; we can all learn from your sharing.

Too vague? Alright.

Let's try and play a game then; not quite sure how this will unfold.

You share some of your truth, and, if your truth is synonymous to mine... if your truth is like my truth... then there should clearly be overlap in some places at least... Cause maybe perhaps, it's true.

You are correct. In over 13,000 posts I have failed to share anything.

I thought you had something in mind to start this off with.

Yeah man. I know you've shared alot. I still have to reply to something you've said a while back.

Ok, so perhaps your query did not hit my nail as squarely as you had intended it to.

What do you want to start with?

What do you want to start with?

How much clearer can I make it? You were drawn to this thread for some reason. Let us start with your highest truth whether it is cosmic or mundane. Your light, be it bright or dim, still helps to illuminate us all. Let us reflect on that.

Or do you only want to drink in without making a contribution in kind?

Also though, another little tid bit of truth:

I know that you claim to play a mean game of Squash, thanks to your spiritual side.

How about it? Why do you ask me? Only you know if that is that the essence of what you have learned thus far in life, or merely some cryptic/poetic attempt at wisdom.

Real truth leaves you vulnerable and unprotected; yet that is OK. It does not attempt to confuse others nor prove your superiority. That is what I mean by "quiet" - it speaks to humility. Truth comes FIRST through failure and pain; and only secondarily through success and triumph.

I teach others how to beat me and I relish in their accomplishment. There is one young, tall and very strong guy whom I play. I told him clearly that I can only beat him with his help - that when he makes mistakes I will capitalize on them, but because of his natural gifts, I cannot compete with him directly unless he helps. For the first time ever, he took me down on Monday by not fucking up. I did not feel any the lesser and celebrated his triumph with him.

That being said, I will train harder and smarter to once again dominate him. It is a dance between being teacher and student and then teacher once again. We all have the capability to lift each other to new heights.

Competition can be a win-win situation depending on attitude.

how about we only know our perception/experience, we know nothing beyond that, we may think we do but we really don't. and we tend to label experience even though there is real no explanation for such things happening.

Once again, my acceptance is NOT the litmus test of your truth. If you were dying right now, would that be your final contribution to mankind; to your friends and loved ones?

If so, cool; if not, dig deeper!

I would agree.

That does appear to be how it is going.

"How about it? Why do you ask me?"

Oh, so you are playing a game and just not letting me in on the rules. Am I not allowed to ask questions?

"...Only you know if that is that the essence of what you have learned thus far in life, or merely some cryptic/poetic attempt at wisdom."

If you are refering to the statement that I made, I stand by it wholeheartedly. It's not supposed to be poetic. Personnaly, I try to keep things as simple as possible...

But I am sure that everyone knows that some things are hard to put into simple words. Art and music seem to work well at expressing some things that are difficult to say.

Truth and teachings need not come by clever words. A smile or a loving look can be more than enough.

How about this...

This truth is a supposition one... just to re-inforce that our safety is being fortified, as linear time goes on.

Suppose that there were something outside of our universe that was looking for us.

The universe is designed, in such as way, to hide us... So it expands.

Volumetrically speaking, as volume increases, more stretch is noted. Areas increase in proportion.

If you want to talk odds, the odds improve, that you are better hidden with every second as your watch ticks by.

But those odds could only be considered by the something outside of this universe. You need something to relate to; and from this human angle, we've got both sides -the big and the small vantages- quite covered.

Republican Values:

1) You can't get married to your spouse who is the same sex as you.
2) You can't have an abortion no matter how much you don't want a child.
3) You can't have a certain plant in your possession or you'll get locked up with a rapist and a murderer.

4) We need a smaller, less-intrusive government.

I have found in my life, that the more I love myself and others as we really are, without conditions on that love, the more I find the peace and joy that I always thought life was meant to be. And the more "successful" I feel my life is.
