i know a guy who got raided a few months ago. the cops came to arrest him at his apartment for allegedly selling to an informant a few months earlier (felony charges are still pending on that, but he'll probably spend the summer in jail because of that alone). when they got to his place they conducted a search (without warrant or consent) and found what looked "suspicious to them". they seized it. this guy i know refused to identify what anything was, and it's possible that when the crime lab ID's it, they might not get anything from it.
there is something important about searches that you should all know. it relates to what is called a terry pat. they police are allowed to conduct very limited searches without warrant or consent to secure their safety. they can pat you down for weapons. if they feel a weapon, they can attempt to seize it without your consent. if they feel something that is suspicious to them, but not a weapon, they may ask you to show it to them. if it's some kind of contraband, DON'T. you don't have to show it to them. if they reach in and seize it themselves, it may be thrown out later in court... they were supposed to be looking for weapons only. if you willingly show it to them, it cannot be thrown out later. so no matter how authoritatively they command you to show it to them, don't.
if you're wondering what the relevence to a cultivation bust is here, it's this.... the supreme court has ruled that there is another type of search analogous to a terry pat that the cops can do. incident to an arrest in a person's home, if they have probable cause to believe that another person may be present in the home, and that this person may pose a threat to those making the arrest, during the course of that arrest, they may search the areas immediately adjacent to where the arrest takes place or through which they must travel to make the arrest. they can also search the "grab area" of the person being arrested for weapons.
in my friend's case, they showed up to arrest him at his apartment. without any reason whatsoever, they searched his apartment without a search warrant, on the pretext that they were looking for other people or weapons. in a closet, they found some items that were "suspicious" to them, and demanded that he open a locked trunk in that closet. he refused. they then obtained a search warrant based on what they saw in the closet.
fortunately he may be off the hook on any cultivation charges, but he'll probably spend a few months in jail, and emerge a convicted felon, just for one single sale of a single dose of mushies. god bless america.
this brings us back to the 4 golden rules of growing:
1. don't tell. 2. don't sell. 3. keeped it locked up and out of sight. 4. never consent to any sort of search.

Spores are legal, purchasing them alone is not enough for a search warrant.
why are you so sure of this?
because its the law.
Of course, the cops could try to get a warrant through some other means, and come in and bust you for mushroom cultivation... but proof that someone has ordered something legal won't get them a warrant.

kwikness, well here's a thread posted by a small time mushroom grower and dealer who was busted and turned informant working for the DEA so he could evade jail time and fines.

if your name and address doesnt match the card holders its cc fraud but you can write a different delivery address but somewhere on the form you have to fill out the cc owners details
