I'm going to update after trail. 1st court date was late Oct. but thats going to be changed. My lawyer has another trail that day.

I want to tell all but the cops might be watching my post.You never know. Small town and all that.

Indicted after 2 months.Most people wait 6 to 9 months.Lawyer says I'm being made an exsamlpe.Wish I could tell, twist and turns..

All I can do is wait.

Lawyer called today. DA wants to give me 10 years in the pen.

So its going to be a jury trail.

In a few weeks (3 to 4) DA will have to give up all the evidence he will use against me.

Am trying to put the story together, just in case they haul me away on the spot. It will be told.

Thank God this is state time and not federal time.Also this will be my 1st felony.Also I have to many responsibilities to cut and run.A Mother in the nursing home,a daughter and grand daughter.Plus.

I'm going to a jury trail hopefully to get a better deal. Nothing is for sure.

Will be glad when I tell the story. No matter what the outcome.

no you wouldn't. Do you know how hard it is to "disapear" for the rest of your life? The money, and resources? The dificulty in creating, and maintaining a false identity?
Your whole life you would be one fingerprint check away from your origanal sentace+ a much larger one for the escape.
