intent to deliver between 30-500 grams cannabis.  i had ~74g at the time, thank god. and 10 cakes colonizing in closet that they DID NOT EVEN OPEN to find :shocked: *blessed*

they were too concerned about getting me to help them set up my dude, who was huge.  i told them i would, then fucked them over the next day when they came back(after i got rid of the jars)

i got ~3000 in fines and court costs, 2.5 years probation( :frown: ) and random drug testing.  i sat for 8 days in jail before i was bailed out, bail was set at 25,000 (had to pay 10%) i had no prior record, so while in jail on like the 6th day i went to my preliminary hearing and the judge saw i was a good man, and dropped the bail to 5,000, so my grandma bailed me out for 500 bucks.

just please, even if you trust your friends, they will fuck ya to save their own ass(though not all, as i demonstrated), always watch your back. and dont sell anything out of your house or where you keep your stash.  and STAY REAL.  even the cops said i was a good guy because i wasnt a rat.(fuck them though, them mother fuckers. :mad: )

its funny, they gave up a half pound bust(i sold my 'friend' a HP and he got popped), for merely 1/3 of that :shocked: hahaha fuckers! fucking pigs! *sigh* im still payin fines and gettin tested, so it aint really that funny, atleast i can look back and have a laugh, it was a lesson learned, and selling out of the house was the only way they could have exploited me, so better to have learned now than later down the road if i decide to sell again.

there was more to the plea bargain, like a blood test(required for all Felons i guess) and you have to pay for each drug test your probie pops on you(10 bux)  but if you dont fuck up, you get A LOT of leniance. i dont have to see mine but every 3 months now.  so i can smoke for almost 2 months and then take a short break(which is actually not too bad, feels good)

Caught with less than a gram of marijuana, city ordinance violation, got into some court trouble cos i was on probation, but other than that just 375 dollar fine.

I've been caught about three times. Once, the cop just took my weed and didn't charge me. I've also been caught and charged with simple possession which was just a $200 fine and 6 months unsupervised probation. Lastly, I was raided for selling and I was narc'ed out. Fortunately my step-dad hired a lawyer and he had it knocked down to simple possession. I'll never forget the look on that detective's face when that went down! He was pissed as hell! :lol:

Never been busted by pigs. Well there was this one time when I set up a grow op in my room, and when I came back from Toronto it was ripped right apart. By my grandma. =/

busted for possesion (all under 15 grams), teh worst penalty was confiscation of the weed and my pipes. luckily no fines or charges. i find if your cheerfull and dont lie they dont really care. also teh reason i intentionally keep very small amounts on me if any, and the reason i grow outdoor away from residence.

i got busted with a gram of good bud once cause my silly mate stood outside a pub and yelled out "sticks for sale" i walked away in disgust and he sold about 15 $20's in 1 minute flat...then we got the hell out of there only to be nearly run off the road 2 miles away by to guys in a little red pulsar hatchback...we got out to blue and got badges in our faces...we got stripped searched and i had that gram and so he drove me back to the shop while the other drove my foolish mates tow truck with him in it...on the way the cop was asking me if my mate was selling...i laughed and said thats his business ask him...i got charged for posession=$250 fine...he admitted he was selling and got a $500 fine and they confiscated his money from the sale as 'goods in custody'
i told him he was a fuckwit for not telling them he'd just got paid from his job,he shit himself when they told him they had photos of him selling :rolleyes:

the worst thing about it all was when i went to court the cops said it was 'an indian hemp leaf substance'...can you believe that!

I was with a friend of mine while he was arrested for 3 grams of bud. Bail was $700. We sprung him. He later had court and was only fined because he had a clean record.

I got popped for simple posession at my dealer's house. Another tard who was there parked right in front of a no parking sign which caused the pigs to come to the door to ask said tard to move his vehicle. On reaching the porch, they said they smelled weed and asked if they could come in, and the dumbass dealer let them in!

I was in mid-bong whenthe dude across from me said:"It's the cops!" I said:"Right, right..." having no clue that they were about to enter the room.

I got simple possesion, spent the night in jail, was bailed out by the dealer to the tune of $350, and lost my license for six months.

But they didn't stop... I think that was really the only close situation.

I got busted with 1 bowl of schwag in the south and got arrested, 2 days in jail, $500 fine and court costs, only to have the judge throw the case out because the cops had detained me illegally.
Also i got pulled over in the north while smoking a bowl of chronic with a bag in my pocket and the cop apologized for bothering me and said he was only looking for Drunk drivers and let me go.

I had that happen once when I was coming back from GA on 72. We just finished smoking a joint and the cop had to smell it, but I guess he had his priorities straight.

busted for being drunk as fuck dragging my damn near dead friend down teh street. he blew a .24. they made us blow, which is illegal unless you were driving a car or committed a previous crime. spent the night in jail. my friend went crazy while blacked out and tried to hang himself in the cell. so he got taken to the hospital and strapped down. all we got was 24 hours of community service.

closest to being busted with weed was when i was hot boxing with my ex in her car at a park afterhours. well.. we never let the windows downand she got on top of me and we were close to doing it, but then the blue lights a flashing. we freak out, i tell her to turn the car on so that the air conditioning could turn on in order to let the smoke out. the officer yells at us to turn the car off. so she does so. she rolls the window down and smoke is coming out of the car. hes like,, waht is all this smoke?? i reply with, we were smokng ciggs sir. he says, well lets see your licenses and registration. my ex is so fried she hands him her insurance card, not her registration. he takes my license and walks off. he then comes back and my girlfriend is bawling her eyes out. the officer tells her to "chill" and gives back our licenses. he says to get out of here and dont come to the park after hours.. holllllly shit. i was about to explode with excitement as he said to go. all in all, we only had a pipe in the car.

I caught caught smoking with my sister, a cousin, and 2 or 3 of my cousins friends in their apartment. Heres how it went down (i'm gonna use #'s rather than names because its faster and less revealing): 1 went to the next county over because the county we were in was dry (Didn't sell alcohol). So anyway, 1 burrowed 2's truck and drove 45 minutes to the next county's popular town. He fake IDed a case of beer and then started driving back. Well, the county we were doesn't have a lot of ppl in it, so just about everybody who comes into the main town knows everyone else, including the cops. As 1 was driving back in 2's truck, the cops drove by and realized that 1 WAS NOT 2. The cops drive 2's truck back to 2's apt along with their cruiser who has 1 inside. The cops shine 2's trucks lights on the door of the Apt, so everyone inside figured it was 1 with the beer.
2 shouts jokingly "Pigs!", and then opens the door to the bright lights of the truck, "You got the beer?" he says out the door. The sheriff (This is small town texas) steps out of the shadows and onto the front step, "Do you mind if we come in for a moment" asks the cop, "Yes." Says 2. As 2 goes to slam the door, the cop puts his boot in it, and says something along the lines of "I smell marijuana." The cops (There are 2 now) pretty much push their way inside. "Who has the weed?" "I ain't gonna ask again.", some of the kids there are just all "Tell them who has it guys. Its no big deal, just tell them so it will all be over." Finally 2 gives them the weed they have, which is only like a fingernail side bud of some really good dank, we had just got done smoking like 3 joints of it.
The only ppl who got shit for this was 1 and 2. The cops said everyone else would have to do community service or something, but nobody did. I believe either both or one of 1 or 2 was on probation for like a year afterwards, and might have done some community service or awareness classes or something. My uncle is their lawyer, and he knows all the cops in the county and the counties bordering it, so he got everyone off the hook as best he could.

That is really my only real run in with the cops when it comes to drug possession.

After the Phish festival in Vermont we got back to our car that was parked on the shoulder of I-91 N, I was with my friend an his girlfriend. We were probably a mile from the canadian border. We started to drive north but passed the last exit to turn around and go south, so we could ONLY cross the border. I asked my friend what the hell we where doing and he said "well, mapquest says we can shave a bit off of the trip by going over the great lakes". Well this would be just fine and dandy EXCEPT I have a dozen valium, a tab of ecstacy, a methadone tab and a few grams of pot all in this little tin in my pocket which they were aware of! Not to mention my friend has no ID on him, anb he and girlfriend have pipes/pot with them. I think that they just thought we were going to wave at the border patrol officers and drive on by....not the case. They tell us to pull over right away and park our car. I was in the process of hiding my shit anywhere I could at this point. I stuffed it deep into one of my bags just hoping the car wouldn't be searched. They led us into this office and started asking all of these obscure questions about what we do in the states and why we were coming to canada. After that they sit us in a lobby with a nice big window overlooking our car. I felt the WORST feeling in my life as I saw a border patrol officer take my friends GF (the owner of the car) out to the car. From then on I KNEW I was busted hardcore. I couldn't sit down, I watched as the placed EVERY bag on a table and went through EVERY container, they even rolled out all of my deoderant stick. I remember seeing the officer grab my bag and start going through it....I looked down at my friend and said "well....I am going to jail..." I almost felt like crying. Sure enough I see him open my jelly belly stash tin and immediatly comes back inside and leads my into a small room in the back. They inform me that I am under arrest and that they are going to test everything and determine what will happen to me. I sat in this little room for at least two hours and then they let me out. Everything I had was real and I was simply charged 600 canadian dollars...which was about $485 american. I could not believe that I wasn't going to jail, but I was still very mad. The worst part was about to come though...they wouldn't release our car until we paid the fine, so I had to CALL MY MOM to get her CC number!!! God damn...that sucks man. After this I was informed that I am PERMANENTLY BANNED from Canada...I can NEVER go back. They also would not let us drive through and turned us around to US customs. Same deal, except they knew about what happened to us. The searched the fuck out of our car, they found my friends pipes and a bit of weed but after his girlfriend started crying they just let us go. I so mixed up...I was almost mad that they didn't get into some trouble when they took me through the border knowing I had drugs. So all in all we were at the border for about 6 hours...but hey, my phatty ganjaball that was simply laying on the seat made it thorugh both searches, ride on....I guess...yea... :crazy:


And in the states....I'll make it short...had a beer under my seat, got pulled over for litterally no reason because it was midnight out in the country. Nope not exagerating...NO reason was given. He saw the beer that rolled out, from there he had the right ot search my car and found my pipe, and a bottle of rum. I got charged with possesion of the pipe and MARIJUANA due to the resin, I also got MIP and open container because the bottle was not factory sealed. The possesion of pot was dropped and nothing became of the fact that I was pulled over for no reason. Fuck the crooked ass legal system. Anyways...this resulted in a 340$ fine. And lastly these two incidences happend  within two months of each other. Had to drop school and get a horrible job at a manufacturing plant to take care of my debts. BE CAREFUL.

Got busted with 3g's of weed once. 6 months prob, mandatory rehab (outpatient, 4.5 months), 15hrs community service, many random UAs, lost liscence for 6 months.

Pulled over and busted with 2 ounces of bud, vaccuum sealed and placed into a briefcase. Confiscated my weed, gave me a SPEEDING TICKET, and let me on my way, without searching my or my car (thankfully... a half sheet of acid would not result in just a ticket)...

Busted in a undercover drug raid in the city of camden, new jersey.
52 grams of cocain, manufacture, possesion, dist.
faced 10 yrs. in trenton state pen., or take a very hard program. Upon completion of program all charges dropped :smile:
No felony, no nothing...clean as a whistle.
I can carry a gun if I want to, be a cop, work for the fbi, ect.
let this be a lesson to all....DON'T FUCK WITH COKE!, or ANY of that BULLSHIT.

Great post, Kottonmouth. Using drugs indeed is a privelege, and growing anything which may be considered illegal is a privelege. The moment you step into this culture, you agreed, knowingly or not, to abide by basic morals and integrity.

Simply put, If you can't handle the fines, jail time, or stress, don't even bother starting anything where other's welfare lie in your actions.

Was smoking some bud in a park once at about 11 or so at night. Out of fucking no where a cop comes up behind us and asks what we were doing. I just kinda looked at him... blunt in hand. He took our sack and maced it, then put it on the ground and stomped on it. Then he just took the blunt and the sack and told us to go home. Was quite funny. Though he wasted like $70 worth of weed...that bastard.

shit magash, that's terrible. was it your first offense? in California i was sure that if you have a good lawyer and no criminal record a charge like that can get you a more lenient punshiment, and especially not thrown in a max pennitentiary. if you don't want to talk about it i totally understand but i'd really like to hear more about your case.

When i was 17 i got busted with 60mg of Foxy (5-meo-dipt) i got my mug shots, fingerprints the whole 9 yards. WORST experience of my life. my bail was set at 10,000 and my dad had to bail me out with 1,000. i was more scared of what my dad was going to do to me then what the cops were. But the 2nd judge i saw saw that i was a good kid and nothing happend to me. this was all years ago though. WORST HALLOWEEN EVER

I was in a car with a dealer who got busted.

stash:

6 beers, 3 open
1 ounce pot
2 ounces cocaine
10 rocks of crack
51 pills of mdma

to make things worse the driver did not have a drivers licence.

The guy in the passanger side had all the drugs.
I was behind him, when the cop was walking from drivers side to passanger side to search him, he threw his bag with all his shit next to me. I nearly shit myself.

Passanger tried to run while he was being searched. Take my advice, never try to run if your not 100% sure you can get away. Running is viewed as an admission of guilt. Also, never talk to cops, learn to say 2 things over and over again. 1) i want a lawyer present during all questioning. 2) I want to call my house.

I got very very lucky. The passanger got charged with possesion of marijuana w/ intent to distribute, traficking cocaine, traficking mdma, ressisting arrest w/ violence, they also took his cash, something like $1500.

Driver charged w/ violation of probation, driving w/o a licence. Probably driving with open container.

This was begining of december, so far i have not been charged.

Anyone know the statue of limitations on all the drug charges?

Passanger is still in jail, i didn't like the bastard anyways, i just needed a damn ride home.

Never get into a car with a drug dealer.

Favorite things to say to cops:

"since i didn't do shit, can I call for a ride home now, my mom's probably worried like crazy?

"since all that shit was his, you got shit on me., so can I go home?"

"I'd rather have a lawyer present if you don't mind."

"I wanna be a cop when i grow up, any adice?"

Be careful with the cell phone... I have seen cops go through the call history on a pager looking for other "drug dealers" or "customers". Cell phones are pretty much the same with last numbers called, missed calls, speed dials, etc.

I've only been fucked with once, and ever since I have always had my pigdar on full alert.

We just pulled into a parking lot to one of the city's many forested parks at about 9:00 at night. That was our first mistake; now I know that pigs like to hover around parking lots at night. We drove past a couple other parks that night (after they let us go) and saw other squad cars trying to pull the same shit. Luckily they only found our bud. But what's really hilarious is it's obvious they were going to smoke it as soon as we were off. One of them even asked, "What do you have to smoke it with?" I don't care if they did or not, at least they let us go.

I once got arrested for possession of MJ, paraphernalia, and underage poss. of alcohol. $1000 worth of fines, sat in a cell for a few hours

Plainclothed cops come by the next morning and ask for the fines back. Pretty sure it was an illegal search and seizure. Guess I got lucky that time

I had a quarter and a half of mush, and my pepper spray stolen by two cops. I told them the mushrooms were weed. They drove me home, showed my parents the mushrooms "this is some weed we confiscated from your son", and then left with my stuff. Even though they searched me and my bag they didn't find my actual weed or my glass piece. Dumb pigs.

during the fall me and my buddy where picking cyans in seatle at this sorta busy intersection (which was stupid of us) and decided to leave after picking all we could find. as we turn the corner we see a cop car parked on the side of the road facing the wrong direction. as we pass by it it pulls a uturn and starts following us. we decided to try and play it cool ya know, so we take the next turn and the cop still follows us because we had what came to be about 8-9 grams dried of cyans (but they were still fresh obviously at the time) but anways, the cop then pulls ahead of us and parks his car in front of us along the sidewalk. so like now we are freaking out (but remaining calm on the outside) the cop gets out and looks right at us, i remember just saying "good evening officer" and he says "Yes it is" and we kept on going.

probably the scariest moment in my life, i think what saved us was that we were both dressed up preppy at the time, and that we didnt run from him.

anyways thats my story.

Has anybody else ever been arrested in schooL?

I was 15 at the time.  I had just bought my first significant amount of kind bud.  Due to the fact that my friends and I couldn't drive at the time and my desire to have the bud that day, I decided to ask my friend to give it to me at the bus stop.  BAD MOVE!

Everything went as planned.  I got my herb and we smoked a few bowls before getting on the bus.  I was SO STONED!  The day droned about as usual.  I went about my day taking advantage of the naptime that was my "education."  I traded a small bowlpack with a dude in exchange for a percocet (it was a good trade :smile: ).  I took the percocet on the spot.

Then, during my last class, something happened.  Two school administrators came to my class and asked for me.  I tried franticly to get my classmate to hold the bud for me, but to no avail.  I knew what they wanted. 

So I leave the classroom with my big bag of sticky buds clasped in my hand inside my hoodie pocket. My fight or flight mechanism was in full flight.  I weighed the risk to the benefits of running, but edned up thinking that I could hide the bag before I got down to the office and not have to sacrifice my $100 sack.

When I get into the office the adminsistrator explains that someone narc'd me out.  Damn.  They start to search my bags so I tuck the bag into my hand and allow them to pat me down.  They're almost done when an administrator spots the white bag and tells me to open my hand. SHIT!  It is at that moment that I should have turn around and ran.  I didn't.  I froze.  I was busted.

There was some comedic relief to the whole ordeal, however.  The administrators commented that my bag was smelling up the entire office  as I sat there and awaited the cops.  I couldn't stop laughing.  Also, as the administrator looked at the buds he claimed to be a botanist.  He said that the buds were in fact flowers "pressed into little bricks."  LOL Some botanist. 

So I get handcuffed arrested and taken to the station. The cop who arrested me was cool (one of a kind) and he let me sit in the front seat as we drove to the station. The whole time he was complaining about how the buds were smelling up his car and he put them in the center console.  I swear that every person who smelled this sweet pot made a comment on the odor.  When I was waiting to be booked the cops said something about analyzing the product to see if it was really cannabis.  A fellow inmate commented that "That's pot you fucking idiots.  It's obvious."  This earned him the privelage of having a cell in complete solitude.

I on the other hand got stuck with this colorful character.  I asked him what he did and he said that he went crazy with a pair of scissors in school.  I told him why I was in there and he said "Oh yeah, I have  some weed on me now."  He pulled out a dimebag from this little whole under his beltloop.  He had somehow gotten that baggie through the several searches and into the cell.  I couldn't believe it!  Unfortunately, neither one of us had a lighter or a pipe.

The bottom line is I got stuck in that cell for about six hours as my mother refused to pick me up.  It sucked, but it wasn't much worse than school, to be honest with you.

Kids-  Dont take pot to school.  If you do bring pot to school and you think your adminsitrator is going to search you...  RUN!  They only suspend you for running while they can ruin your life if you stick around.  Go with your instincet.

2 weeks ago i was "helping" some guys i had met get some dxm, as i buy the stuff in freebase and "help" other kids out to get some pocket change for myself (i am not a drug dealer, especially if you are an officer of the law in the town of easthampton, ma). and they offered to smoke me out because i had been a nice guy and driven pretty far just to answer their phone call. anyway we pull to some random cul-de-sac somewhere and hotbox the car and then i drive one of the guys where he wants to go. and i am in the process of taking the other two guys into town so they can walk around for a while. when low and behold some cop pulls out behind me, I'm sitting there like okay.... okay.... i can do this ..... i can do this..... he doesn't know I'm stoned.... i can do this.... and i am debating pulling into MacDonald's just to get him off my tail, (while religiously doing 35mph) when the guy in the back seat goes.

i hadn't even noticed that the cop had his lights on. (it was amazing bud) so I'm just like shit shit shit... yeah.
he comes up to the window, mumbles something about tags. and then is like alright boys who's got the marijuana. we are just like FUCK. it turns out none of us have any. (which i didn't know) so i just didn't say anything and the passenger seat kid was like officer we don't have any marijuana. and the cop is like. are you joking i cant even see to the other side of the car its so smokey in here. so we are like hmmm. anyway we keep saying we don't have shit and he keep saying that he doesn't want to fuck around. we can do this the hard way or the easy way... he takes us all out one by one and gives us the pat down. they get about 12g of dxm off me. and a bowl of my friend. that's it. they didn't do shit about it just impounded my car as evidence and they haven't called me about the dxm, haven't talked to the other guys about what happened to them. all it all it was a really weird event in my life. I'm still not sure what happened. i guess it is still a work in progress.

Ok, long story about my raving days. I, as well as all my buddies that night, were all in the military. Believe it or not they were pretty loose about drug testing in our unit until this night. One of my favorite DJ's was coming to this massive outdoor rave so I had to go. Pretty much anyone who was into techno was out there that night. Being that my good friend and I(we were both wearing white shirts and blue visors. This will come into play in a minute.) were a little worried about a possible piss test after this rave on Mon(CID kept up with the local parties) we decided we would only take acid that night. After about an hour of looking and with my DJ coming up soon, I got tired of looking and settled with getting 4 hits of X. Like a dumbass, I stuck them in my pocket without any baggies to prtect them. Fast forward about 30 min and one of my other friends who didn't come with us said he found some acid that should be showing up soon. Mind you I had already taken one pill and had spent all my money on the others. I asked all my buddies to be on the lookout for anyone they KNEW that needed some pills so I would have money for the cid. The guy that came with me said he might know someone and asked to hold on to the pills so that he could give it to them. Well the sweat from my legs had destroyed all but one pill which I gave to him. So here I am walking arould rolling balls with 2 melted pills in my pocket. The buddy that I came with said that our other buddy that could get the acid had this girl who wanted the pill. Here is how the deal went. We all stood in pretty much a line. Me on the end, then my buddy, then my buddy who could get the acid, and then some girl we thought he knew. Buddy next to me passes pill to other buddy who passes to girl. girl give buddy a 20 that passes to my buddy next to me and he drops on ground. All parties walk away. I pick up 20. This is about the time that a whole bunch of big ass plained clothed motherfuckers jack both my buddies up and cart them away. Of course I'm completely freaked out. My girl and all the other friends involved follow the prcession and find out that they're both getting arrested and the girl was a nark. We stayed up all night while the sober ones in our group called all the police stations looking for our friends. The next day, my buddy who went with me called and told me what happend. They stuck both of them in the cells overnight and to my buddies pants to test for any trace amounts of the X. They couldn't find the marked 20 b/c I had it. The other guy admitted to transfering the pill from one hand to another but said they got it from some guy named Big Bird and the my friend that went with me wasn't the dealer. Our command got a call from the police dept. Usually this results in immidiate legal action(no such thing as double jepordy in the military). My buddy who went with said he was inoccent and the other guy STUCK WITH THE SAME STORY. Amazingly, neither one got chargered with anything from the military and the civilian police never brought charges against either one of them. My buddies both took the fall for me. If I had been caught, there would have been no way I could have gotten out of it. That dude is my best friend.

Busted with 2 lbs nugget. Still fresh and JUST trimmed. Sister (whom is a herpy infested cunt) narc me out. And she does coke! Bitch...later she was smoking weed with my friends. She's old enough to know better...just wanted to be a whore. 3 yrs probation dropped down to 2 years good behavior. 1 night in jail. no fine, no community service. Bought excellent lawyer. Was in 20 week rehab. Never tested dirty but was always fucked up...unfortunately mj was not a drug you can use in rehab...cocaine however...if you know what your doing. Always drug tested myself before rehab/probation just to make sure.

Good Grief, once and it was horrible.

My girlfriend lived with a roommate who bought a vial of acid, great amazing stuff a few years back. The roommate wanted to make some money to pay and thought that selling cid was a good idea. We start droppin it on sweet tarts and sugar cubes and pretty soon we are takin hits left and right. I mean mega hits, like 20 per person and there were 4 of us. Soon we are trippin like never before

The roommate, the one who bought the stuff, may that fat white bad haired gross mutation of a cunt bag rot in hell, started going "whats life, whats air, whats blah blah blah. What would happen if i called 911."

We had all been ignoring her for a while but when she said that we all shot up and yelled NO! but it was to late.

She called and hung up. They of course call back, my girl, she rocks my life!, said she was drunk, sorry, but they sent a squad car that second.

Officer HENESY! yes this little hillybilly of a cop, shows up knocking, the dumbass roommate tries to slam the door in the cops face and run away, me my girl and this other chick just stand there and go dumb ass.

Officer HENESY says, she is know fleeing an officer and he can come in. But he is like,"kids you got eyes the size of dinner plates. I dont want to come in and search this place and find shit. Give it over to me and this can go away."

We all deny deny deny. He starts pulling us apart and questions us one by one as our trip kicks in hardcore. I litterly fell into his badge! The dumbass roommate asked to play with his gun. Ugh i hate her.

In the end the paramedics come, the girls mother comes, she tries to blam it on my girl, but the cops are like "Ma'm its your daughter who is the drug dealer." This set the mom she tries to hit my girl, my girl fucking KICKS THE MOMS ASS, the cops just stand there as the daughter also tries to go for my girl, and AGAIN SUPER BIATCH kicks some ass the cops laugh, take both mom and daughter to jail, let us keep the acid and say have a great evening, dont make us ever come back out here.

Heres the best part, the dumb ass roommate took a personal check for our drugs. We tore up the check and kept the acid. YAY!

Sorry for the long story its one of my favs though and ive never told it.

one time i went to the football field at break in high school to show my friend a sack i just bought.  pretty dumb idea because nobody goes there during break so it was suspicious that we were there.  on the way back the two campus security guys approach us and ask if they can search us.  i was pretty freaked but i played it cool and asked them "why?"

they said they saw us make a handoff.  i told them we didn't.  the friend i was with had been busted before by the same guys so they knew him already.  i knew this and knew the kid is a caver under pressure so i did all the talking.

i told them i don't have anything illegal on me and that we didn't make a handoff so there's no reason to search me.  they asked me my name, i told them, i walked away.

the weed was in a little chapstick container (carmex...good stuff btw!).

i was def. scared and rushing w/ adrenaline.  i woulda been in big trouble w/ the parents and such.

I would have ran if they did find anything.

another time, just recently, i was at albertsons and i put a handle of vodka (1.75 liters) in my pants (yeah, i'm a pro...and it DOES fit there if you do it right).  i've done it a bunch of times before and have stolen 1/5ths too.

i'm walking towards the checkout and i get a nice staredown from the big security guy (BIG guy).  i give him a head nod and head for the door.  i know something isn't kosher so i'm looking at the reflection of the door to see if he's following me out.  sure enough, he is.

I make the decision to run right then and there.  I take a couple steps outside, whip the handle out of my pants, and run down the street...he was too fat to chase so i knew it was gonna work.

I hid in some bushes for like 20 minutes trying to arrange for a friend to pick me up.  my bike was locked infront of the store to a tree or something.  i asked my friend to pick up my bike, fearing that somebody had witnessed me park it there...didn't want the cops to get to it.

he drives by and tells me there's two cops in the parking lot.  i'm in a very uncomfortable bush waiting it all out and sweating bullets, taking every sound around me very seriously, fearing a cop will be searching.  i tell my friend the street i'm near (very close to the store).  he drives there and i tell him to flash his lights so i know its him (it is night).  he does and i ask if the coast is clear cause i have to do a bit of traveling to get to the car (i'm in kind of an alley behind some houses).

i start to come out of my hiding place and i notice a new set of lights driving down the street...i jam back into the cover of the alley and try to hop a fence and cross a couple backyards.  i hop the fence and hide behind a shed between the fence and the shed.  i was pretty loud so i was extra scared of being discovered.  i call up my friend who is still parked there and i'm whispering "what the fuck dude, what the fuck."

he says sorry, they drove up just as he declared the coast was clear.  it wasn't a cop thankfully.  i make it out of the bushes again and sprint for his car.  i hopped in the back seat and layed down.  we drove out of there and to a friend's house.

i was so paranoid that whole night and the next day.  needless to say, i had a drink of that good ole vodka upon arriving at the safe house!!  its been a good amount of months and i haven't set foot in that store again, probably won't for years. :thumbdown:

Recently 2 of my friends and I went camping. Brought lots of pot for the 3 day trip. We were sitting around getting ripped and my friend had the bright idea of driving like 50 miles to the nearest wendys. We bring whats left of the weed (little over a half Oz). So we smoked a joint on the way there got our food, ate, then drove back. Must have been like an hour after that joint, and we were less than 10 miles away from camp.

Listening to some music and not paying attention to the speed limit a DPS drives right by us on a corner. I turn around and all I see is his break lights go off as he pulls off. I freak out and say "he's coming!". The pot was stashed and we tried to look calm as we pulled off the road. He walked up, talked to my friend about speeding and asked for his registration. My friend couldn't find the registration (another violation) so the officer went back to his car. Seemed like 10 minutes had passed until he told my friend to step out again. They went back, talked, and gave him a ticked for the registration. Then both of them walk back to our car, my friend looks at me and said "wheres the bud?". I'm freaken out right now and the officer was handed the baggie. He said he smelt the pot.

I thought my whole life was over. After some quick questions he let us go, but said we had to tell our parents and have them call him. There was only one day left for our trip, we were anxious, freaking out, and could only think about what happened. After we all told our parents, which is harder than it sounded, they called him up and told him we would be punished, do some consoling ... etc.

I am very lucky to not have gotten arrested and cant risk to still smoke. If I were to do the trip again, leaving the camp site would be a no no. Let this be a lesson to you all, be cautious and don't let your guard down.

He could still press charges still, But our parents have been talking about our punishments because is better to keep a record clean. If we didn't tell our parents he would have pressed charges. He was seeing if we were serious about the situation. If we were in the city we would have been booked. I'm just happy I'm not caned.

My parents had decided to take a day trip or something and i decied not to go cuz i didnt feel like sitting in the back of their car and listening to them talk , so i wake up and they are gone, tada idea hits me, wake and bake, so i get out my bong and my stash from their good old hiding place and begin to smoke and blow the hits out of the window low and behold next thing i hear after i am STONED AS FUCK! seriously high, is the door opening and i panic shit shit! i put the bong behind something and its still full of smoke and pouring into the room and light my candles my mom knocks on my door and i throw off my hoodie i was wearin which reeked of bud (this was some nice blueberry dank i brought with me for the weekend) and she says "what are ya doin?" i reply "nothin" she says "are you smoking in here?...i smell pot" and i raise my voice abit and sound sturn and say "mom! im not smoking pot! i was burning that cannabis incense **** got me last month! do i look high!" and im sure i had to of looked high, seriously cannot stress to you enough how stoned i am this entier conversation, and she says "well im mad" turns around and leaves, she forgot her purse or soemthing, so i leave and come back home later that night to find both my parents waiting for me in the living room, dad looks at me and says "so your mother tells me youve been smokin pot in your room?" and i say "i told her i wasnt, and if she doesnt believe me that is her problem" *god i love being over 18 and having the ability to say things like taht* and he says "hmmm i see...mind if i just have a look in your room?" having stashed all my shit elsewhere i said that was fine, he came in and looked at some thigns and sniffed the air, then he opened the place where i had hidden my stash, smells inside there pulls his head back looks at me, smiles, and say s"dont smoke pot in your room" and goes back to his chair in the living room, i shut the door and i was just so relieved...needless to say i bought Oust and now my room always smells like its supposed to, dorm and at home

Cool story zombie; at least your dad is accepting of your choices, with a bit a humour.

Me though, never have I been busted, but came pretty close one night.

It was a high school party about a year back in my graduating year. It was located in a friend's house that they had just bought, and had not yet moved into, so the pluming was off, but the power still worked. In any case, it was a complete crack house kind of setting. The shelf was lined with empty beer bottles and the air think with the clouds of pot. I was so high that I was roll-playing as a halfling due to my curly mop hair, and my beloved 7" hand carved (by me) wood pipe. I've yet to every be higher from ganja.
Just as I peak, and finish my bowl, a older guy walks in with a flashlight, and yells "EVERYBODY ON THE GROUND", then with a smug grin on his face, emphasizing each syllable, "WE ARE THE PO-LICE", as some uniformed officers enter from every doorway. They were only entitled to search one guy, because they caught him in the act of rolling a blunt when they made their unsettling appearance. He got charged with possession. The cops took down the names of all at the party, but didn't ask for ID, so I just gave them one of my aliases. (I do think I was justified in my lying to the cops, cause I saw them handle about 10 people before me, and I was 100% sure I would get away with it).
It was undoubtedly the neighbours who called the cops, cause they though we had broken in, as the house was supposed to be empty.

If I had the pipe in my hand for just 3 seconds longer, I would have been busted with a quarter ounce.

Once there was this other funny tale when I came home late one night after playing hackeysack and smoking ganja with a friend. My grandmother was spending the night, and she got a good whiff of my breath. I though I was busted for sure, but then she spews forth from her mouth "You're breath smells, have you been drinking?" I felt the relief wash over me like a warm blanket. Between booze and smoking the greenleaf, the booze is the lesser of two evils in my family. Rather than proclaim innocence, I happily confess to her accusation,"Yes, I have been drinking, not much though". She just gave me a scowl and went back to bed.

Twice, first time with 1/4 oz bud..I received 4 years probation and 400 hours community service. Second time, while on probation (stupidly enough) a friend narced me out and I was busted with a bottle of cough syrup I got from mexico. I sold to an undercover that my "friend" knew. I was going to drink some of it but it only contained .002% codeine. I didn't bother to look before leaving the pharmacy in mexico or I wouldn't have accepted it. The resulting punishment for committing this felony while already on felony probation? 10 years additional probation, 1000 hours community service, reports to the probation office every week, drug tests of course. Oh, not to mention around $50,000 of my own hard earned money that I had been saving up for a house. All this shit over a bottle that contained ***** .002% ***** codeine. God I love the United States.

Great story, I had a close call about a month ago. I was at school, and one of my friends said he had his bowl and about a gram with him. So we decided to jump the fence behind our school and smoke in the field out there.

The fat bastard wouldn't jump the fence where it starts, he had to walk all the way down to where it meets with the football practice field fence. The school cop was cruising on his golf cart on the practice field and spotted us.

We started runing back towords the school(the way my school is we hade a good head start on him) and just as we get to the doors to the school he rolls up and yells STOP! So I stop, my buddy walks into the school bends down and stashes his bowl and weed under the carpet by the doors.

I have never actually been caught with anything but I came close a few times.

One time I was driving around with one of my headlights not working (mistake). So I get pulled over by this cop and the guy seems really pissed off at me. I realize that this cop is actually some guy that myself and a friend told to fuck off when he was off duty a month or so earlier and he remembered my car. He probably smelled weed coming from my car because we used to smoke in that thing every day so he asks to search it. I ask if I have to let him search it and he replies "no, but if you do not im going to call the K-9." At the time my friend had about an ounce on him so I figured it would be better to keep the K-9 from showing up so I allowed him to search my car. He pats all of us down, gives us the captain hard-ass attitude and asks us to spread our legs and then he kicks our feet and says "FARTHER." In the end he finds only seeds in my car and never found the weed which my friend had put in his shoe. He let me go with three bullshit tickets and the only one I ended up having to pay was a no seatbelt for $40.

Another time myself and three friends were smoking at a park after hours when four cops roll up. They search all of us and the vehicle and find nothing. I had a roach inside of a dime bag in a small pocket of my wallet that they didnt find. We also had about two grams of weed hidden in the battery compartment of a portable CD player. The CD player smelled like weed but the battery compartment was actually inside the player, underneath the CD. The cops examined it and couldnt find anything. They let us go making the statement "It's a good thing you boys smoked it all up before we got here." They ended up sending letters to our houses explaining that they found us at a park and smelled marijuana on us. All of us got the letters before our parents though.

i got caught by something worse my mom at age 16. no, i didn't any fines but ever made ur mother cry? almost worse then any cop could do. p.s. in the great state i live in (Montana) 3.5 grams of weed is a felony, any ANY AMOUNT of mushrooms is a felony. pretty fucking weak? right....

i made my mother cry numerous times over drugs. my parents are one of those "all drugs are bad and no good and ruin your life" people who are close-minded and not open for anything. first they found robitussin gelcaps with visine in the back of my playstation (never knew any parent would search the back of a playstation), then found morning glory seeds, then found 2 pipes and my hash, and then kind of recently found a scale and a mirror. my parents are crazy. i have almost been caught by the cops numerous times also, but i consider myself lucky, ........so far.

when i used to live with my mom, i did a little peddling out of her place- not drugs or anything... just pot.
now i wasn't pulling weight or anyhing, but i had just under an L at her house stashed in this box w/ a lock under a bed. she finds this, and somehow got the lock off of the box. she finds a .32 tomcat w/ hollow-points, three quarters of lb. and two digital scales. while she's flying around the house, she happens to notice the receiver for my wireless surveillance camera that i had installed in her front window.

now a little context: my mom and her sister used to move probably 10X as much white as i did green, seriously. so to say the least, she's not stupid.
so, what do i do?
stay the hell out of her way; i didn't sleep there for like four days. this was my only means of income at the time, so i felt i had to do something, but what? time to go fishin'.

so i make my presence known, and she won['t say anything to me. i just sat there next to her for like an hour in silence. finally, she goes, "i just don't want to have the police kicking down my front door."
i sensed something strange, like we were negotiating or something.
so, i fed her a nice helpin' of bullshit:
"well, i just don't want some mexicans comin' to kick my door down, either."
"do you owe someone money?"
"yes"
"how much?"
quick! think think think... uhm... like...250+250+250 "750" sounds like a good #
so she says,"well, i didn't get rid of that." this is fuckin news to me; every glass piece she ever found of mine fell victim to a crobar. every little baggie she had ever confiscated went to an undisclosed charitable entity.
so i wait. this matter required delicacy.
so she has me follow her to the garage. she unscrews some water cooler and pulls out my stash! woo-hoo
as she was more accustomed to triple beams, i introduced her to the "tare" function, and she went to work. she wighe and bagged my stuff into 1/4 Lb increments. the extra, she threw onto a shoe box and began siftiong through the shake and seeds. she cleans it, bags it, and weighs it.
when she tossed the bag to me, for the sake of seeming realistic i said," mom, the "mexicans" won't take that. it's all shake." i tossed it back to her.
"are you gonna quit smoking?"
"yes ma'am... er uh, i mean no."
"well there's like an ounce here." she tosses it back.
so i left with it all and my mom's blessing to go return it to these fictional cartel members. she had dumped the gun in the river. and i imagined she probvably did something similar with the camera.
the other day i stopped by her house and she had found my old surveillance camera. that made my day.

I've been busted with weed once, and searched for weed like 7 times, i've been searched while i had a bowl packed with weed on me and they didnt find it, cuz it was down my pants. but never had any charges, probabtion, fines, nothing.

I've been in trouble for being on acid at school last year, I was sent to an alternitive school for 6 weeks and had to pay 150$ for being intoxicated at school becuase they thought I was just high.

Some folks tried to rob me in my house, so I shot the two of them. Cops found my weed, X, mushrooms, valium, cocaine, glock 9mm pistol (empty and still warm) and a 12ga. mossburg 500 12. gauge (also still warm)..... And a lot of blood. Ambulance took me to hospital, cops took me to jail. 8 years  serve 12 months, actually served a year and a half..... Still on probation.

Edited: because I re-read and it said I actually served a month and a half...

I've never been busted.  Came very close once, was waiting outside a house to pick something up and a cop pulls up, and we had too many people in the car, so the cop said "You know you're all looking very suspicious" and I'm thinking, hell yea we are, we're fucked, but he just let us go and said one person had to stay there.  Probably the scariest moment of my life.

At the tailend of my senior year of high school, my parents were away for the weekend so I had a party. About 10-15 of my friends were having a good time drinking beer, smoking bud, listening to music and shootin pool. Around midnight I get a call from one of my friends a few towns over who had some mushrooms he was looking to get rid of. So, I get one of my sober friends to drive me and another kid over their at about 12:00 at night to pickup. We get there, pick up 3 separately bagged 1/8ths (which I put in my pocket, bad idea!) and we get back in the car to drive back to my house. We didn't get more than a block away when all of a sudden we see red lights flashing behind us. At that moment I saw my whole future going up in smoke because I had all the drugs in my pocket. The cop explained that she pulled us over because we didn't have our headlights on (there were plenty of streetlights and my friend just plain forgot). I was in the backseat praying she wasn't going to have us step out of the car. It was my lucky night; she got my friends insurance information, wrote him a $50 ticket and sent us on our way. If my friend who was driving had not been sober, I guarantee that situation would have been a lot worse!

It so traumatized me that even now just thinking about it freaks me out!

I've come close to being busted too many times... also had a few drunk and/or stoned conversations with a cop in which they had no idea I was shitfaced. Luckily I am older now, and do most of my illegal activities indoors.

Only time I've ever been caught red-handed it was just a roach. The cop picked it up and looked at it real close, like he was inspecting a diamond or some shit, then said to his partner in his cool cop voice, "Yeah, it's a roach, probably worth about twenty dollars on the street." I actually laughed out loud (need I mention I was blazed?). To this day I don't know if he was trying to fuck with me, or if he actually thought anyone would pay more than a nickel for someone else's slobbery, burt-ass roach.

The best part about that day, though, was that the group of friends I was with not only had way more weed, but there was a smoking blunt on the ground between us and the dicks that they didn't notice. We celebrated me not getting arrested (being an innocent-looking little white girl is awesome) by getting high in my buddy's hot tub.

I got three class c felonies when i was sixteen, I spent three months in treatment, 5 months in the juvenile detention center and one year after that of probation. my charges were possession of opiates, burglary, and breaking and entering. pretty tough for a stupid 16 year old, but i think it shaped me up.
