well it finally fucking happened
    #4139915 -

(anytime i say 'i' or 'me' in this passage, i actually mean my friend Bill Wobblecocknbrewery, you know the fucking routine).

i knew this whole using-drugs-scene was getting too uncomplicated (or something to that extent, maybe). i caught my first drug charge this previous friday. here's the scoop; me and the only three girls from the party decide to run and buy smokes before the beans arrive. i went because they were the only three ladies there and i would have the solo chance to impress them with my suave ways. anyway, on the way back i ask if they want to smoke a joint (the only illegal thing we had on us). we smoke it and the driver is careful not to break any road laws. we pull into the apt complex and right before stepping out, see a flashlight with an officer behind it. at some point, he cut out his lights and tailed us. the girls nervously step out, i have no clue where the joint is, but it was not my hit. he immediately smells my ub3r chr0nz and yells 'get in the car and keep your hands up!' i, being high, say 'im tired, can i rest them on my head?' to which he only replies 'boy, i will take you down!!', so i keep them in the air. after five other cops pull up and a lot of questioning goes down, all of which i lied to saying things like 'when i got in the car, it smelled of smoke' the cops tell the girls (i was kept seperate from them) that "they found the dope" and if they dont tell them whose it was, the driver would be arrested. they all quickly wrote statements stating it was mine. the only thing i saw them find was an empty baggie, i dont even know if they found the roach or not. anyway, their parents were called (theyre all 16-17, whereas i am 18) and i was given a notice to appear in court with the misdie. charge of constructive possession of under 20 grams.

my question here is what will happen to me? im 18, live in FL,and this is my first offense. ive consulted 3 ppl who have had the same things happen; 2 got 20hrs comm. service and a fine of over 100 dollars, while another recieved probation but was also charged with tresspassing on private property.
i could give a flying fuck about a fine and community service, im just praying to christ i dont get probation.

p.s. DONT SMOKE (harmless) MARIJUANA IN YOUR CAR WHILE DRIVING IN THE US.

oh, and the funny thing about the arrest was that a cop asked the girls if they had purses in the house; two replied 'no' knowing damn well there would be at least some shake in their purses. the third says 'yes', goes into the house, gets her purse, offers it to be searched by the cop, to which the cop is much obliged. he finds a fucking pipe! his only words were 'you have GOT to be kidding me'. yeah she was put in handcuffs and taken down. dumbass.

Jesus Christ Florida is strict huh? Just took the time to check out the laws for you.

"20 g or less misdemeanor 1 year $1,000"

"Possession of 20 grams or less of marijuana is a misdemeanor, punishable by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $1,000."

If you lived in NYS you'd have it a lot easier.

I'v never had a charge for any substance in my life because Iv played my cards right however if I was to get charged here's how it goes in NY State:

Possession of 25 grams or less of marijuana is punishable by a fine of $100 for the first offense. For the second offense, the penalty increases to a $200 fine and for subsequent offenses the fine increases to $250 and a maximum of 15 days in jail time may be imposed. Possession of greater than 25 grams or possession of any amount in public where the marijuana is burning or open to public view, is punishable by up to three months in jail and a fine up to $500. For possession of greater than two ounces, the penalty increases to a possible one year in jail and a fine up to $1,000. Possession of greater than eight ounces increases the penalties to a possible four years in prison and a fine up to $5,000. The penalties for possession of greater than 16 ounces are up to seven years in prison and a fine up to $5,000. For possession of any amount greater than 10 pounds, the penalty can be up to 15 years in prison and a fine up to $5,000."

So for my first offense there would be no possibilty of jail time and up to a $100 fine is all.

You should peep out NORML. Iv donated to them in the past. Very reliable source of information. They also have good lawyers to contact.

Yup, I've donated to them, not many other charity organizations.

NORML has an NYU chapter...they had a party (not officially tied to NORML, of course) in Brooklyn...15 bucks all you could smoke all night.

Ahhhh I wish I lived in the city sounds like it was a hell of a time. I'm somewhere between NYC and Buffalo myself. Small Italian populated suburb.. Basically the jumpoff point between the two cities. lol

I will agree that it is indeed best to keep everything away from cars.. However Iv gotten away with so much shit in cars it's ridiculous. hah. *Knocks on wood*.. I won't even go into detail but Iv come very close but they never got me. The people I cruise and party with and myself are always too smooth talking.

If you do happen to choose to go out partying while cruising you have to be on the fuckin ball at all times. You have to get into extreme paranoia mode and be prepared to think of an escape or an answer at the drop of a dime. Know your surroundings and be on the lookout for anything and everything. Don't slip and they will have no reason to catch you.

Wow that sucks. Twice me and my friend Travis got caught with weed by cops while working at Hardee's (its like Carls Jr. If that's what you have in your area) Both time they let it slide.

The first time one of the cops came by for the free food that we always would give them (it was midnight shift so there's no other customers) and Travis reached in his pocket to grab a lighter for a cig because we we're outside chatting with him and his bag of no more that 4 grams fell out the cop looked at it and said "You must feel stupid", then said nothing else about it and left.

The Second time me and him were smoking really heavily outside and then we heard sirens right around the building and we looked and there was a cop at the drive through window. He actually just turned the sirens on for a few seconds because he thought we were inside were we couldnt see the window. So he was trying to get out attention. We freaked out and hurried up and hid our shit and walked around to the window. The cop obviously new we were high because he told us that he hates it when people get pulled over when there high and they don't get arrested for because the "Fooled the dumb pig", he said its actually because he doesn't want to go through all that trouble and fill out all the paper work.

I guess the moral is give cops free food and respect and they will be pretty cool. At least around where i live.

That's a shitty deal man. Get yourself a decent lawyer and just go in there and be as polite as can be to the judge. Clean cut and dressed to impress. Talk with a slickness. Play their fucking game.

I wouldn't be too worried because they only nabbed you with a joint roach at best. I'd be more worried about them bringing up other charges such as Endargering the welfare of a child or driving under the influence. Are they trying to pop you with anything like that?

You have many good vibes and prayers coming from this way bro. Play it cool you'll be alright.

"If you do happen to choose to go out partying while cruising you have to be on the fuckin ball at all times"

yeah, i tried to keep such things in mind; as soon as i saw that white and black car behind the shady figure with the flashlight i immediately said "eat the roach or put it in your underwear", but no one responded. i suppose i was a fool for putting my freedom in the hands of others, or even risking it myself by smoking it the car.

That sucks. I don't know about any of the florida laws...but I'm thinking you may get like three months at least probation.
Considering this is your first offense, you may get off probation in 6 weeks if you're a good boy.
Good luck though..I hope it works out that you only have the fine. Keep us updated.

oh, and no other charges, such as those you mentioned were put on the ticket. the female cop who searched them said to one of the girls 'this is the 3rd time ive seen you this month, your momma's gonna throw a fit when i call her', so i dont think they considered the minors too innocent

Just be more careful.

haha. Don't feel bad been there done that myself. Used to call them E-Class whores. My friends (before my anxiety started kicking my ass and I basically confined myself to my room) and myself used to have classes for girls like that.

C-Class - Girls that will fuck for blow.
H-Class - Girls that will fuck for heroin.
M-Class - Girls that will fuck for speed (amphet's)
E-Class - Girls that will fuck for E.
G-Class - Girls that will fuck for Green (Money, Dinner, anything material)

No class for bud because any slut will smoke some bud. hah.

No offense to any of the women here on the boards.
