First off, why is this in this forum? Second, I hope Super Jew doesn't come in here and fucking represent. He is a bad ass mother fucking jew in my town, has a HUGE co-op that you would not even believe is going on in this state. But I digress, anyways, he probably wouldn't take kindly to the jewish guys attitude in here.

It would be alot nicer, and probably benifit you in the long run to explain to us non-jews, what your terms mean, instead of saying, "if you dont know what these mean, dont bother."

Thats lazy, rude, and casts a bad light on your religion. BTW, what do rabbis think about partaking of illegal drugs?

How am I trying to be high and mighty? I'm an observant Jew and I just answered the question. The laws of kashrut aren't very complex, but I'm not going to waste my time trying to put them in my own words. The only true source for the laws is obviously the Torah. Anyone can just pick that up and find out anything they know.

You guys seem pretty sensitive. I don't know what I said that was offensive. My "If you don't know..." sentence was just so people wouldn't ask me questions about what the hebrew words meant, since they most likely don't matter to them. If anyone finds that rude, then I'm sorry.

Oh come on now... you should at least be willing to exchange answers for answers,
everyone has questions and some of us are quite curious about the other religions
without having to have a debate on which is right or wrong... learning is where
it's at. share what you know and we are more apt to share as well.

SO yes, they are Kosher, expect on passover if they are grown on rye, or certain grains.

Actually most drugs have been forbidden by the christian church since the middle ages. During the period of witches, the rewritting of the bible into bullshit by catholic priests who were the only people on the planet who knew how to read the latin scripts. But anyway, yeah i would think the religion (although bulllshit to me) would probably be against tripping balls man. That said, you dont have to believe in any kind of church to believe in god. SO BE YOUR SELF BROTHER. Late.

Soma isn't mentioned in the Torah, therefore we don't talk about it. Soma is in the Rig Veda if I'm not mistaken (I'm a Jew, not Hindu).

Your body is G-d's and you wouldn't do anything to harm it because it would be disrespectful towards G-d. Does psilocybin harm you? That's up to each person to decide on their own.

I've personally reached some degree of spiritual enlightenment through the use of hallucinogenic drugs.
