syringe making question

I just read a syringe making tek at ralphster's new website. Since it was something that could be done quickly using alcohol to sterilize I though this would be much better for a quick job and not waiting an hour for anything to boil, that is, other than the syringes that I hear can be sterilize in the microwave. The tek is here:

My question is if anybody uses the tek reliable and any tips they may suggest, that is, for my friend.

Well, this syringe tek by Psilocyber has been out for years.
I use it when I get some new spores and want to inoculate a few cakes. If you work clean, as directed by the tek, and the spores are reasonably clean, you will get very good results.

This is easy:-
i microwave four shot glasses for 3 minutes on high, then covered with clearwrap... When it cooled, i lifted the wrap off quickly and swiped in some spores, then quickly recovered. Then i put an alcohol swab on the wrap, and stick a syringe needle through it into the water, suck out water/spores, and quickly recap - there you have sterile spore syringes
