newbie questions - & - special thanx

First off I would like to thank the shroomery and all the shroomers of this wonderful community. You all encouraged me to try and grow my own shrooms with all your sweet trip stories and pictures in the forums. I've been reading the stories for over a year now and just started frequenting the message boards and i'm happy to say that the shroomery is the only site that i visit daily. :smile:
Unfortunately I live with my parents and they're not too fond of drugs, so I'm goin to have to do some sneaky growing, but i think i have a good plan. I have a rubbermaid box that is about 1' x 1 1/2' that i'm goin to use as my first terrarium. (PF Tek :smile:) I'm going to put it in another box thats in a corner of my room behind my weight bench where nobody goes. I think if all goes well, it'll work out pretty nicely. Now for some questions...
1) Can everybody that reads this please recommend your favorite strain, and a reliable vendor that i can get them from.
2) When you go to a spore print site, you could get prints or syringes of the strain you want. Are syringes, syringes with the prints already in them?
3) Do you think with my setup there would be any noticable smells that would be shady?
If I have any more questions I'll post em as a reply. Thanks in advance for any help. Any tips or anything are always welcome :smile:

1. The hawk rocks. all I have grown are T.H.E gc

2. If you are just starting go with a syring. much easier and yes it is just a syring with a print already prepared,

3. I have never noticed any smells with my setup, there is a mild mushy smell when I open my terrarium but it disipates pretty quick,

i like mazatapec from spore works
and yes when you buy a spore syringe a part of the print is in it. when you buy a print you can make your own syringes but most people buy a syringe their first time.

A B+ syringe is very popular amongst firsttimers as it is very forgiving should you not get the temps 'just right'.

Most vendors carry it.
