Newbies Dumb Questions.

Hi all,
Just a couple of "DUMB, NEWBIE" Questions,
Should i sterilize my perlite before adding to grow chamber or would adding some h202 do the trick, Also when misting do i use plain water or use 10% h202?, Will this harm my cakes?,
How often do i mist?.
Any help much appreciated, As this will be my first birth and i'd love to succeed, Loosing to mold is stressing me out.

it's not dumb....
just a 'glug' of h202 would work. just pour a small amount in with your regular water on the perlite. i wouldn't reccomend putting the h202 in your misting bottle, the cakes should be pretty strong by that time. only do that if your place is really dirty...

If you do put the peroxide in any container other than it's original keep in mind that light will break it down. So either use it right away or store the sol'n in an dark container.

I don't know how big your terrerium is but 10% sounds good. With the terrerium it really does'nt matter that much, just don't over do it.
Standing water is prime ground for mold. I sterlize my perlite in a microwaveable container with a bit of water for 15 minutes.
I gather you don't have a humidity meter. {Hygrometer} Spray the mist on the shield every 5 or 6 hours. If you see a very fine mist on the OTHER SIDE of the shield and the inner surfaces of the chamber it is @ 100%. You want to keep the chamber misted to the point just before this.
