mdmax37 I'm not a retard, I'm just answering a newbie question with an answer that I found in erowids vaults. I'm not going to get in a fight about if I'm a retard or not, I would rather be stupid and happy, and be kind to others, rather then be smart like you and make fun of me just because I wanted this fella to have a better trip. It's thought that if you hold the chewed up mushrooms in between your jaw and cheek that the magic psychoactive compounds absorb into your mucus membranes. Hell if psychoactive compounds in a datura flying ointment that horny women used to rub on their vaginas with a broom handle, and LSD can be absorbed through the skin then why is this so retarded???

chew them up, mushrooms are made up of materials that don't digest very easy, so lots of the magic is wasted if you swallow them not chewed up. Chew them up in your mouth and if you can hold them in there for 10-15 mintutes then swallow.

I have ate mushrooms every way you can think of chewed and not chewed and holding them in your mouth for 10 or 15 minutes is rediculas. You will get off which ever way you do them. Xcellx is a retard.

holding them in your mouth would allow your saliva extra time to break them down. as saliva breaks down some food materiel, this would certainly help in digestion. However, boys and girls, if you are chewing all of your food properly this shouldn't be an issue.

honestly though, I think a good chewing is all it would take. Holding it in your mouth probably wont help much.
