 I'm getting pissed off @ syringe making!

Okay, it's as simple as this:
I have and feel I can make sterile prints / syringes. I feel my printing and syringe making abilitys are rather good and sterile but I seem to have problems each and every time. I'm going to run you though my procedure real quickly.
1. First of all i'll microwave water for 5 minutes and then suck it up into syringes 2-3x.
2. Sterilize new/reused syringes in PC for 20min at 15PSI
3. Take out, suck up hot water like prepared in #1 and let sit to cool.
4. Take print made by:
a. Whiping down print medium with alcohol
b. putting cap on, letting drop spores for 24-48h
c. take off cap, recover with glass jar and let dry
d. fold up and store in plastic baggy
5. take print, alcohol, shot glass and filled syringes to oven.
6. Utilizing the oven tek I then whipe the shot glass with alcohol and then let air dry. Then I use the "filler" syringe to put 4-6ccs in the shot glass so it covers the diaganol needle sucky up thingy so I get all water and no air with next syringes.
7. Then I scrape print in water
8. squirt sterilized syringes water (cooled) into spore water and then suck up
bam...I should have syringes, yes?
no! the fuckers are always dead fucking light and I really doubt there are spores in there. They all get stuck either on the shot glass wall or in the last 4-6ccs from the filler syringes in the bottom.
What the fuck should I do?

Don?t worry, there are more spores in them than you can imagine.
Inoculate a few cakes with them, and you will see for yourself in a couple of days.

Well this may help may not, I saw 2 possible problems. 1 when you cover the cap making the print do you cover the entire print medium so the complete area is not exposed to open air for 24hrs? Next when you scrape the spores off into your glass do you sterilize the scaper? Mabe try doing the trtansfer over a open oven to allow updraft of clean hot air? Hope I helped...

use a pressure cooked jar with a hole in the lid and tape over the hole rather than a shotglass.
in a glovebox scrape some spores into the jar, seal and then stick the needle tips through the tape and hole. squirt and extract and you have a good spore syringe

I found that my syringes were just clear as glass, but I tried innoculating jars that were sterilized (without PC) and the jars are already 1/4 colonized (it's been about 4 days). The funny thing is that the 1/2 pints that used the clear spore solution colonized extremely quickly(within 2 days there was very thick mycellium growing), and all the 1/4 pint jars I tried to innoculate with a very thick purple spore solution did not colonize, or at least have not yet(it's been only 2 days, but it was the same mix as the 1/2 pint jars). So just try some jars.

how many syringes do you make from 1 print-use a print to make 1 syringe-they will be dark then-but what you are making now will acheive the same thing-
innocoulate a few jars and see-

Fuck. Okay, I wrote that first post when I was pretty high / tired. I am not a newbie at this and have had success making syringes before. Nice, dark, sterile syringes.
1. This is not a problem with my prints I am 99% positive they are GREAT!
2. I have made viable syringes a few times before but it just doesnt seem to be working anymore. A Canadian nickle sized print used to make 1 syringes was spotless with spores. They all seemed to get stuck to the glass jar or floated at the top and didn't get sucked into the syringe.
Please, help me! ;p

Have you considered using our Dynamic Spore-a-Nator?? It will make your spore printing process a whole lot easier. Her is a link to the tek that should be followed when using one.

maybe i am dumb, but just put more of the print in there, if you have them in abundance, just use one print one syringe and bingo, a black spore syringe.

swirl the spore water in the shotglass with your syringe (flame sterilized and cooled of course)..., all the spores (most) will be swirling torwards the center and also floating on the top (mostly on the top); put about half of the diaganal needle HOLE in the water and slowly suck up, this will suck up most of the spores....try it and tell me what you think; im tellin you itll work great!

Ok my friend is very new to cultivation still but here is what he has done and it seems to work.
1)First I should say that my friend did not make the print- he bought it.
2)Took 1/2 pint jar with one hole in the top and put masking tape over the hole(like the guy a few posts before me said).
3) Fill jar 3/4 of the way full with bottled water.
4)screw cap on very very tight, and PC for 30 minutes- at the same time he PC's his syringes(empty/no water) each individually wrapped in foil.
5)After the shit is cool he sprays kitchen down with isoprpyl, and wipes down counters, the outside of the jar of water,a sharp knife, and the outside of the bag with the print with iso.
6) loosen cap of jar without removing it.
7) spray down hands with isopropyl and wipe pretty much dry.
8)Take lid off jar and set on sterilized counter, then scrape spores off print with knife very quickly into jar of water.
9) quickly put lid back on jar, and swirl around a lot. After like a minute all the clumps of spores dissolve and the solution is an even dark color.
10) open each syring individually, flame the needle and suck up spore water through hole in lid, then put cap back on syringe.
11)(optional) have another piece of tape so that you can cover the lid hole while you prepare your next syringe.
12) let sit and hydrate for 24 hours.
Who cares if the fuckers are dark? They will work just as good. I don't think anybody could notice a decrease in colonization time between dark or clear syringes.
