Not to be a dick but a lot of your questions cna be answered through the archives. I however understand how its much more self satisfying to get a direct answer to your personal question.

1)Well for most people's purposes, using tin foil is best. YOu can sterlize it easier and the spores stick well to it, but come off easily.

foil works the best-besides glass-but hey,yesterday this same question was asked with the same results-actually i think its stillon the first page of the forum-didnt you see-

I would say glass slides. It is a lot easier to scrape the spores off and You can study the spores under a microscope.
