Spore Prints

This is probably a dumb question but I gotta ask.This ones out there for all the spore print vendors. Legally cant you still get busted for cultivating mushrooms even though you are using them to make spore prints/syringes which are totally legal? I was wondering if any of you vendors have ran into legal trouble

yes u can get busted-its a federal crime here where i am at-doesnt make sense-u can have spores but cant have mushrooms-cant grow mushrooms to get spores-lol-go figure-

Yup no sense at all. Has anyone run into trouble yet though? Or will feds leave you alone if they know your selling spores and buisness license, ect...( they will be making money off of it now :wink:. I know of many marijuana seed companies that feds know exactly what they are doing but its not a top priority. (probably because they are making money off it)

The US drug laws are really screwy.  They mention one or two species of mushrooms that are illegal and they also make psilocybin and psilocin illegal.  The laws don't mention spores or mycelium.  Spores contain no psilocybin or psilocin so they are not illegal.  Since the mushrooms that produce the spores do contain psilocybin and psilocin, they are illegal.

Even though MJ seeds contain almost no THC, they are mentioned in the law and thus illegal as well.

My guess is that as soon as mushrooms become a big enough "problem", the law will be reworded to include spores as well.  :frown:

All spore prints sold in America or traded by spore traders come from shrooms grown overseas.

Most of them are shipped in from Potsylvania by Boris and Natasha.

mycelium is illegal too.  if it were so then you could buy psilocybe mushroom cultures.  though it not us, there are mmushroom cultivators that make prints in the US :smile:  and there is nowhere in the US where cultivating MJ for seeds is legal.  only for med use.
