Cannot believe what almost happened

I parked my car and was getting out to go inside the gas station. I slam my door behind me, and at the end of my long hemp key chain is my key, stuck inbetween the door and the frame!!!

No problem, I'll just use my spare that's in my wallet...but my wallet was inside the locked car!

Frantically, I tried to free my key, but to no avail. I was afraid of making the situation worse. I wasn't sure whether to laugh or cry.

Finally, I got my key out...this is the third close call I've had. One time I saved myself by jamming a hand through a cracked passenger window to unlock the door, and one time I fished my keys out of the car with a coat hander, through a small crack in the door frame.

Lucky. Once I broke a key in the keyhole of a rental car. Since I was in a different state, and they had only given us one key, we had to get a new rental car. What a pain in the ass. My bad key story.

I have locked my keys in the car before, it fucking blows, especially when you leave the radio on.

Only a few weeks ago annie and odin locked their keys in the rental on the way back to arizona from california, in a rest stop about an hour away from anythng.

We managed to break into the car using some wire we found on a tree, my hairbrush and toothbrush.

McGuyver time!
