Can syrian rue be found in stores (not on the internet)? Would health food type places have this or is it not really used in anything else?
Someone told me to check headshops but I haven't seen it there before. Then again, I have never looked for it specifically.
Also although this has been answered in various other places, could you recommend an extraction method and a dosage (of cubes and rue.) Previously I have dosed 35g fresh and enjoyed it a lot, but I know I could handle more.
jonathan ott says that syrian rue (Peganum harmala) seeds can be found at ethnic middle eastern stores (arabian, syirian, egyptian, urdu, afghani, etc...) common names might include spand, esphand, zit-el-harmel, & half-a-dozen other "local" names... used as an incense/fumitory, a source for fabric dyes, and possibly as an additive to hookah-smoking-blends... (somebody posted a canadian store that sold the seeds for under $CAN1.00/oz, i think...) utfse...
