Yeah, that really bummed me out when he said he couldn’t remember his trip.
Even as crazy as things can get when you do too much Ayahusca. I have been able to remember everything.
There’s no harm in taking some omega oil right before the trip. It probably would be better absorbed.

Ah don't be, I'm not. The memory is in there somewhere, just dormant and inaccessible.
Every time I trip I open doors and recognise I've been here before and it feels like coming home every time. "Wait hang on, ah that's what it was. Everything is clear again..." and so on.
It does make it hard to apply much to my everyday life but I believe as long as my subconsciousness learns something I'll be fine.

Yup i've noticed that too, it's like when i take Aya again it all comes right back to my memory and i remember, and i start back where i left off pretty much, it's like an ongoing process even if i haven't taken it for years lol.

This is a personal experience. It probably wouldn’t work for everyone.
But did you listen to any music while you were tripping?
My third trip was heavy enough that I did have some blanks in my memory. But a song went off on my phone during the trip. As soon as I heard it again the next day. Immediate total recall.

I've never tripped without music, I should probably try that sometime too. Listening to the same music even years later does instantly bring me back, I get a very trippy feeling and flashbacks start playing in my mind.
I don't get the whole picture from it, there's always so many sights, ideas and thoughts synchronizing while tripping that it just doesn't fit inside a sober mind which I'm sure is relatable to many.
I try to save my favorite trip songs for trips so I don't ruin them by listening too much, but every now and then I do listen to get some reminders when life has me down.
