Cardstock paper for the backing to drop the print on. Cut the card stock to the side of the picture frame. Some people say hair spray some say fixative. Pick your poison.

For the clear see-through print, dual glass or acrylic. No fixative but must place the print in between the 2 pieces and fix it together some how.

Have the prints going right now and my first harvest was a successful 105 grams wet ^-^


Ill get spore print pictures tomorrow after I finish them.

You really should take your needs into consideration.
Honestly i´d only use LC if i had 50 tubs in rotation all the time.
Maybe even then i´d only use master jars and G2G from there.
To me LC is short term use, i never had air exchange on my LC jar lids,
neither i used syringes.
Free pour every time, single use every jar.
Air in the jar is sufficient.
You can save lots of time with G2G,
just my 2 cents here :wink:

Nothing out of the ordinary, you know what the blue is, the black/purple color is spores up by the caps

Thank you guys! I was a little worried for a second but spores makes perfect sense!





UPDATE FOR @KLOAKK && @FONTI

Spore prints on off white cardstock, will be fetting a fixative later today to finalize the process 😀






3x3 inch Acrylic print, will have to figure out adhesive for the acrylic without getting fumes. Im  thinking about clamping them together and then gluing the outside seems as to not sandwich the adhesive on the inside between the plates but on the outside corners that dont matter as much

Has anyone ever done an HPLC on Ochras?

I tried searching but couldn't find anything.

I'm curious about it's profile because I experience something with large doses of Ochras that that I haven't experienced with any other types of shrooms.

I've talked about it before, but they have a second stage to their OEVs. Usually 2-3 hours in after most other species would be settling down.

You can grab raw data from any of the testing cups and see a lot of ochra results. Depending on the year search by natalensis. But I've looked into it for the similar reasons and I don't think tryptamines tests explain the differences.

Sure I am ready i do lot of Grains last year's but wasn't sure if a no boil tek is possible. I am not a pro like you but not a beginner for sure growing some Gourmet back in the day's but learning more and more. I took a break know I am back!

You made my day brother hehe... OK, you right, i will make a master Jar and do G2G from there my LC i do without Filter know you Help thanks i think too complicate for sure and yes a Master Jar with Grain is maybe the best put it in a fridge when not using and transfer when it's needed :smile: same like the LC but way easyer! I can still practice with LC without filter i will make some culture today and test it later on agar too and make a transfer.

What's the consensus on mushroom tolerance?

Is it dependent on how big of a dose you had, or just having had consumed psilocybin?

I did a taste test yesterday of some edibles, but I did not feel much. Sure, I was using some subpar stuff as I test out this new recipe, but having eaten 4gs worth should have been more than that.

There are other variables, but I would like to know if personal tolerance is the likeliest culprit. I had done a casual 2.5g over the weekend, and ate 5g wet of another fruit before yesterday.

When you test vendor liquid culture on agar is it still recommended to make transfers or if it comes up clean immediately is it okay to just send it?
