Haha yes, I take 50-75mg on an empty stomach before parties and it turns my dick rock hard with little effort, thus manifesting a fuck machine of a human.  No side effects either, thank god.

20mg Cialis, with 25mg of Viagra. Totally safe. There are some products like Blue that have them both. I think they are the best.
