I got kicked off of Venus for hootin' and hollerin' it up whenever I got too excited over lifting a cool-looking boulder, and Mars gave me funny looks the moment I stepped off the ship. Fortunately, I found a nice home at Uranus :eyebrow:

I just took some clones from a pin. Im not sure it went well, the pin was tiny etc etc etc. But if it takes off I'll be one happy bush.


Frankly, agar is the only thing that feels continuously satisfying.  Normal people are fascinated by "labwork" and think we are geniuses lol, don't be led astray I deal with contamination.

It's the satisfaction of working through my sterile procedures and ending up with a good grow.

So I apparently still need to practice my plate wrapping technique. Did a xfer from some pan cyan to another plate yesterday, and a little bit ago when I checked on them, the wrapping had slid off the side and was under the damn thing. I immediately went back under the hood and put fresh wrapping under it, but yeah. Labeled them both with a giant question mark

I managed to inject an entire LC into a half pint jar today because the needle jammed and the whole damn thing wound up shooting through at once when i tried to slowly increase pressure to clear it. Please pray for my only child so it can learn how to swim in 4cc. :')

Confession my first ever PF cakes (the lil mini mason jars) are all fruiting in the jar because I've neglected them, and I can't be arsed to do anything with them rn. 
 
But one of them is an alabama wild type which I'm hoping goes all the way to spore.

Looks like I'm headed to the burn for the first time later this summer. nine fucking days though, jeeeeeesus.

Not much, just drinking, bad weather and construction work :lol: Only thing worth mentioning is I went overnight camping with a badly struggling sibling and gave them an introductory shroom dose, it went really well for them and I'm pleased about it.

This is 4,9g of B+, I gave them a bit over 1/5th of the tea by eyeballing it but they talked about separating from their body and floating away so I think I gave them more than I intended. They loved it so all good though :lol:



As for me? I drank the rest of the tea but got really mild effects, I haven't tripped in 5 weeks but it just didn't work. The start is pleasant, I feel the effects coming on and I start seeing things but the visions are dim and feel far away. My mind just freezes and the ups and downs of a proper trip don't happen. 2 hours later even the minor visuals were gone. I don't get the sedative effect I used to where my mind slows down and I sink to my bed/chair and the trip takes over. I was lucid the whole time and I can't help feeling disappointed. I am happy for my sibling though.

I need to figure out what's causing this and if I can fix it.

That's awesome Ras. Never been to BRC myself (high on the wishlist, but don't do planes). Ive heard really good stories from friends and watch Mark Day's '24 hrs at Burning Man' every year to at least get a scenic view.

Nine days is very doable, but you must pick your peaks and accept there'll be a lot of off time too. Last year we went to Ozora in Hungary for twelve days and tripped three times, for example.

Or just go all the way and get fucked up 24/7, whatever floats your boat oc. My experience is that the people who go all out don't stick around for many years. And the crash is way worse. That said, on my first Boom I used LSD for seven days in a row (and a lot of MDMA with that). Was sick for two weeks afterwards, but I'd do it again without a second thought.

Are you joining a camp? Campervan with friends? Volunteering somewhere?
