Oh yeah, the oil thing. Both sides feel entitled, both have their arguable reasons. Boring argument.

The INTERESTING argument is about how quickly Trump just... does what he says he's gonna do. No playing around with "boots on the ground" for years. Trump seems to hate, "Boots on the ground" beyond what is absolutely necessary.

It's a stark contrast that ought to be getting more people asking the question, "What the hell have our past presidents been DOING in 3rd world countries for years on end if it's really THIS easy?"

We've been subject to a show for decades. Pretend wars to make a lot of people money. Trump, love him or hate him, doesn't do pretend wars. Maybe it's because he was a businessman for decades, but he just gets the job done and gets the fuck out.

And I respect that.

I'll take a quick couple over a drawn out war. But destabilizing another country for money is more meddling that we don't need to be doing, is goingnto fuck us further in the long run. And is exactly the type of thing he promised he wasn't going to be doing. Liar and pedo in chief that he is.

I disagree this is going to destabilize the country. I actually poked in here at this time because I've been laughing my ass off all evening at how many Venezuelans in our own country are pissed off at anti Trumpers for pushing back against what just happened. I'm seeing videos of people protesting in the streets saying "No war with Venezuela! Free Maduro!" And Venezuelans are going, "The fuck?" Trump just likely won more Venezuelan voters over that ever before.

Seriously... laugh my fucking ass off. People need to be listening to the Venezuelans themselves instead. The overwhelming majority of them are ELATED that Maduro is gone.

..I never had the impression he was some great guy. I'm just looking at how great nation building  and regime changes and funding other countries has worked out for us jn the past. Its one of the biggest reasons people who put America first voted trump in. To not do just this type of thing.
