Hi, I sent a bag of cyans to wood chips last June and would love your feedback on how it's looking since it's my first time.

The chip in a large pot on dirt covered with some bricks to maintain humidity. The pit it's in a very shady area (I don't think it ever gets direct sunlight) but it doesn't rain very much over here and this July August we've been hitting 40°C /104°F consistently.

I check the pot weekly or so (it's not my place) and tried to mcgyver a drip system but not sure it's really working so I water the pot every week.

Do you think the myc is ok? Thanks in advance

It looks good, be careful not to overwater it. If you don't know what the output of the drip system is, it might be hetter to just water it once a week.

Did some holly whacking and found my old patch. Perhaps knotting but we running hard and fast. Cold nights hot days so probably get pins with snow again lmao.

Any advice to not freeze my babies
