Why yes, it does.

I curated those photos to avoid just this sort of attacks.

Why wouldn't I?  So many here just live to tear down now.  It is ugly.

I tried to help with that post showing how I did it, but it is just too caustic here.  Figure it out for yourself.

Yes I’m realizing as my first batch was a failure but I’m just starting my agar journey and will be using cli mg wrap going forward. Is the plate looking good though?

Parafilm or horticultural grafting tape if you have any class.

I’m having trouble seeing them.  Take pictures of individual plates instead of stacks.  I see what is possibly germination on some of them, but the big fuzzy spot is mold.

My hatred for parafilm revolves entirely around the fact that when I try to tear it of it sometimes sends my transfer flying around the plate.

Just from wrapping the plate and then tearing it off. It tends to need for (maybe brand I’m buying) and then when it finally “snaps off” the transfer slide across the plate.

***Ivf egg transfer update****

What's up  mush cult family. It's been almost 2 weeks since we fertilized our donor eggs. A week ago on Wednesday we did the transfer.

We're not supposed to get a blood test for another 6 days to confirm if it worked.


So I was woken up out of bed this morning by my wife running in the room screaming. I mean like legit screaming. I Jumped up grabbed my pistol and said what's wrong...  she laughed told me to put the gun down. and said look!

Now all I got to do is not drive myself crazy for the next 6 days until we get it confirmed.



Ps. If I wanted to start a thread detailing this very long hard journey we are on and have been on for the past 4 years.  where would I do that? The pub?

I know it help us out a lot to read about other people struggling with the same things. Maybe I can pay that forward for somebody else is my thought.
