so I inoculated my jars then put them in a bag filled with air then placed in drawer... this should be ok?

I found out theres a hive of red tailed bumblebees in my shed. What can i give them for energy in this heat

Whatever is happening in your jars should be immune to your breath and shit, because your jars are sealed and have a proper air exchange filter, correct?

Your breath and shit really only matters as it relates to the act of inoculating your grain.

Pretty sure sugar waters gonna be the best bet. 1:1 ratio is usually recommended. Just be sure to use water hot enough to dissolve the sugar and keep an eye on it afterwards for spoilage
