Doesn't matter - a win's a win. I was actually thinking about that whole thing  lately too - like, I got serious with this about 11mo ago, but I was pretty much not doing anything for probably 3mo of that, so I'm not doing too bad for about 8mo of experience. 🤣

I confess I overestimated the sturdiness of my presto. When not in use, I've kept a small amount of vinger water in the PC with the lid closed. First of all the rubber gasket needed replacing because it was too compressed to work properly and second of all after reaching 10 psi with a new gasket, a hole appeared at the level where the vinegar water was sitting and flooded my kitchen. I need a presto maintenance tek
