How did you make your agar? Looks very strange. First plate has bacterial contam at 9 and the bottom two seems like mold to me

Yeah I spotted the bacteria. The agar was made by someone else using:

Sterilised water
Medical grade agar-agar
Food grade light malt extract (LME)
Activated charcoal

Earshot, you bought those prepoured?

I'd ask for a refund, those are terribly poured plates and they're not even mixed properly.

If you can, make your own agar and skip the fancy stuff. Tap water, 2% agar, 1-2% lme. Medical grade not needed.

I find that with agar, distilled or R/O water works better. I often get the LME coagulating using tap. I also like a softer agar and use 1.5% agar 1% LME

Whats the best way to top fruit a single bacterial quart of spawn? I rubberbanded a gal ziplock over the top and punched a few holes in it, but there was no condensation build up after about 12 hours, so I abandoned that idea and put the lid back on until I came up with a better plan. Cased with about an inch of coir as well. Ive seen the teks, but putting it in a tub is going to make it more difficult, without multiple jars helping to create a climate, right?

A Shoebox is the perfect tub for fruiting questionable spawn. 1qt spawn to 2 qts coir with maybe another 1/2 qt coir as a pseudo case to cover any exposed grains.

Made some grain jars over the weekend and I think they’re all looking kinda sketchy on the bottom… could it be burst grains or should I just toss them. I’m leaning towards the WBS I used being way too old and just buying some other grain at the feed store

That and the fact that just like Stamet's he went commercial. Plus many of his methods have been debunked.

They were overhydrated or left in the boil pot too long.  Age has nothing to do with it, it was your process.  I just made perfect spawn with five year old WBS.

Walk us through your process start to finish.

I’ve got 7 grain jars and some quite old plins (plates are about a year old). Please help me decide what to send (if anything)— or failing that, what I should transfer to a new plate. Thanks!

Semperviva:
Three plates here, one has just little knots, one has a tiny plin, and one has a nice cluster which I’m not sure is bruised or contammed. The cluster looked fine a week or two ago and I don’t remember that big bit of condensation.

Natalensis:
The uncut plate seems to have contam on one side. The cut plate looks very dry.

P. Mexicana:
I transferred part of a plin or maybe it was a plone (plate stone lol). However as you see, it never took off one way or another for some reason. The transfer was taken from the large plin which is now overgrown by myc, at about 7:00.

Ecuador:

Very old and dried out, but seems clean to me I think.

I did the fooman prep I was linked here. Boiled some water to a rolling boil, took it off heat, poured in my WBS and covered, let it sit for a little more than an hour (I’d say 70 or so minutes), pour it into a strainer and shook it, let it sit there for 30-ish minutes shaking off excess water at the beginning and end, then spooned into jars and pc in the instantpot (I know it’s not optimal but it’s what I got) for 3 hours with aluminum foil over the lid (I used the easy-af polyfil lids)

As long as you're using clean innoculant you'll be fine.  Just could use more drying before loading because wbs isn't nearly as forgiving as oats, rye, etc when running the grains before all surface moisture is evaporated/drained.  Just don't use spores if that's what you're thinking or you're likely to have some heartache.
