I agree 100% and will even suggest Fox News also has massive blood on their hands when it comes to the pandemic. They convinced a guy like Cain that it was really cool to go to an indoor political rally with 5000 people at age 74 and completely mock any safety precaution.



Let me third that. 
I think even some Trump supporters got turned off by this. What a blunder, definitely will be felt at the ballot box.

That's an interesting perspective, but shouldn't some of that attitude be reflecting in the polls at this point?  Or maybe there's just less anti-mask voters than people outraged with Trump constantly attempting to minimize the pandemic.

If what you're suggesting has any merit, it wouldn't result in any type of landslide election in favor of Trump. It would make it a closer race and maybe give Trump a fair chance to win.

There's a large section of our country, thank god the majority, that understands that things that happen under a president don't necessarily mean he's responsible for it.

That's not what he tweeted, he tweeted that some people say that wearing a mask is patriotic, there's noone more patriotic than me. He left it ambiguous whether the two phrases were complimentary or at odds with one another. He left himself with plausible deniability as to what he meant instead of whole heartedly endorsing the wearing of masks.
