I don't think occupy went wrong. I think it was the catalyst for a guy like Bernie Sanders to run. I think those sort of protests sparked this whole movement. The fact of the matter is, Bernie has already picked up occupy's torch.


When it came time to make demands, occupy destroyed itself. We need a united front is all.

What I was getting at is that revolutions are started by the peasants, but they are won by the true elite. A looong time ago that was the founding fathers. None were peasants, yet they wrote laws that improved the life of peasants...even started calling us people (well, some of us LOL)

Welp, looks like it's over.  The New York Times needle gives Buttigieg a 98% chance of winning:



So anyone here that thinks the New York Times is an honest paper should make a signature bet with me now about the final winner.  I'm picking the 50:1 underdog, Bernie Sanders, but I'm willing to give you even odds.

Loser's signature has to be visible for 3 months and say "I am stupid for thinking (winner's name) was wrong about the New York Times being an establishment (mainstream) paper.  I now clearly see that it is.

Any takers?  Anyone who told me I was wrong about the NY Times should take an offer with such good odds.

I've never even heard of Buttigieg until this week. Granted, I haven't been watching the debates or anything (because you know, this kind of stuff). Just par for the course I guess. I am a bit surprised some nobody got a bunch of votes with almost no real public following beyond the politically focused.

Well I said I wouldn't vote for Biden if he won the nomination because he's a cunt. If Buttigieg is some robot they sent in to clean up the place in Biden's wake I probably wont for him either.

If Sanders wins, I'll vote for a democrat for the first time ever. Not that I've voted for any republicans either. These shenanigans are the reason why I don't vote for the robots, always third party.

Obama was a corporate bot too.
