Hillary Clinton's campaign manager from 2016 created the app, that all voting locations submit their results through. Needless to say, there have been many many many problems with this app. Last election, it was created by microsoft.

I just heard a woman say that Bernie won her district, and had 5 delegates, Pete had 3, and they told her it was done. Later she got a video of them doing a coin flip, and Pete ended up with 4, Bernie 4.

Be prepared for Buttigieg to overperform. They know they can't rig it for Biden. He just didn't do well enough.

Fox is somehow one of the only networks that accurately reported shit about bernie in the past
