I didn't think it was going to get this fucked up this fast. Holding the convention in Milwaukee was an obvious strategy, but it could backfire. Unless Bernie Sanders is way ahead I think it could get ugly there. How much that will energize or scare people could be a big issue.

I hope the Democratic party continues to be so utterly, brazenly corrupt... That way, at the end of all of this nonsense, Bernie can run 3rd party and start a movement to replace the stale, corrupt, mealy mouthed Democrats altogether.

This company 'Shadow' (Are they fucking retarded?) was created in September! Pete Buttigieg donated $40,000+ to them, and low and behold, he is the "winner" (for all intents and purposes; Ie media coverage after Caucus).

I wonder how many Shadow employees were at Buttigieg's Wine Cellar event, filling the room with smoke.

We already know the results.  The results of the caucuses were easily tracked.



Sanders WILL win Iowa, but they can't let people know it or Sanders gains too much momentum.

I'll make a signature bet that he wins Iowa against anyone here who believes the fake news.

I am in a minority on the shroomery, as I frequently defend the opposing side when they have a point about something or when my side make believes something about them.  I also attack my side if I think they're wrong.  People here get very confused by that and think it means I prefer the other side.

The real takeaway should be, Bernie's campaign is more efficient at vote counting than the DNC. Hopefully, when he runs third party, because they fuck him over, he can make the case that any party is more efficient than the Democratic party.

If only we had a leader willing to go up against the system, and able to unite the working class... it would need to be someone who knows the system inside and out, but also someone trustworthy enough to reconcile opposing groups of peasants. Ideally, this person would also inspire the younger generation, who would be on the front lines of the revolution, for obv reasons.

Bernie can only do so much, it's up to the people to stand up to tyranny. He can't organize it, he can only react to it and encourage it. The people must decide for themselves, it's either accept it and move on, or hit the streets and protest for change.

We don't have people that care enough about it. The US population is mostly a lazy group of people that just accept and rationalize their deterioration in life.

Exactly. Trump is President, why? Because the people are sick of
estabishment corruption. People wanted a grass roots candidate.

Now, watch the Democrats prove to be utterly exemplary of everything American's hate about the Federal government. The party of the people is rotten to it's very core, and openly, brazenly demonstrable as such. With a snarky 'if you don't like it, tough' attitude. All after proving to be utterly ineffective at impeaching Trump, to their humiliation.

All of a sudden, Bernie Sanders, the most trusted man in America, decides, "You know what America? I'm going to give you an alternative to the Fascist party of America." And just like that, the Democratic party comes crumbling down, and has a very serious restructuring.

People are sick of the Democrats, why? Because they always always always fucking lose in Washington (Intentionally), they don't believe in democracy (Ie, Super Delegates), they have more oligarchs than the Republican party (Bloomberg, Clinton, Styer), they constantly lie and cheat.

I couldn’t agree more.

The thing is though, historically, these things are initiated by members of the real elite. I’m ready to protest for days and get pepper sprayed again, but I have no clue what to do once we win. We need someone who understands the system and lawmaking in general. I think Bernie can formulate our demands so we don’t shit the bed with another “occupy Wall Street” embarrassment. It started out so right...then went sooo wrong

I don't think occupy went wrong. I think it was the catalyst for a guy like Bernie Sanders to run. I think those sort of protests sparked this whole movement. The fact of the matter is, Bernie has already picked up occupy's torch.
