Only about three zips cracker dry thus far from my own sub harvests oi, but I had to go really deep into the bushes for the most part.
The true mushroom hungry early birds will catch the worms, the lazy birds will starve.

Came across a single psilocybe today that does look different to what I usually find, found a smaller one of this kind in the same spot earlier this week.
Is that just a different phenotype of subaeruginosa or a different kind of psilocybe?

Some actives found in some wood chips down here in Christchurch. Never found this species before I don’t think. Does anyone know what they are ?

Nah me and xthrx find them a bunch of seasons, they Makas. Some of the caps on Makas can get wide like subs do.


^^ Same shrooms me and xthrx found in 2016. Was id'd by a very reputable TI on here :wink:


I think the greyish/blue color on the pointy caps and the thickness of the stems is a dead give away for makas. Those "Angulospora" or what ever have  flimsy/small stems kind of like the "Tasmanianas"
