Try channeling that energy with some jedi mind tricks.  I know it's impossibly harsh when young.  Every girl looks like a flower that moist with dew ripe for harvest.

The worst is the mind fuckery of the energy, it gets dark.  Thing is guys that got a lot young, they miss that gettibg older.  Some never grow out of it and are still immature.

Buddhist monks eat once a day because of the sexual energy and anxiety that food can bring up.  Truth is fasting can increase a lot of mental energy as well.

so I just tried to add my ex from 4 years ago on facebook.... aaaaand she didn't accept :sad: I gotta get my shit together. Im a total wreck all I do is sleep, browse shroomery, and wank. Go out and meet people. GUY friends. Through them, you'll meet quite a few ladies. And when you do, be yourself. Don't try and act like someone you're not. You be yourself and a lady likes it, that's when you know you'll like her. But don't ever let your guard down either. Women are like devils. If you take her out to a nice dinner and she doesn't even offer to pay for her plate (even though most guys do), then she isn't the one. Don't bother. Just saying. Yep this is the only way , the weed mushroom at my place route , nah ain't gonna work, well not always but it's a harder road  , get some beers , be confident , repeat be confident! This is pretty good to try to , except if the be yourself part is turning chicks off , going out with guys and meeting a few of their lady friends also works pretty good , but be open minded , and patient . The not letting guard down is dead on . Make her laugh , etc

Good luck man , don't worry about striking out worry about quitting the game . Just get in there and do your best to stay relaxed and have a good time , go places where people hang out , strike up conversations on every subject and if it starts to open up into something you can turn into dinner or walk or a study or anything run with it but without looking desperate , you can do it !
