Agar look ok? Should I be worried about single spore growth?

Made some "no pour" agar plates.  They had a lot of condensation until a few days after I removed the foil and inoculated them.

So the drop of MS spore solution I added mixed with the condensation and sploshed around a bit when handling the plate.

Been a week and now my myc looks like a bunch of tiny isolated dots or islands (see image below).

Did an agar image search and found some similar "island" growth.

Someone commented on that pic to say:
"If you spread the spores out like this, they have less chance of fertilizing each other to make a diversity of strains. Also, you won't be able to see clear radial sectoring because they don't all start growing from the center.  Oh, and one of those small perfectly circular islands is probably growth from a single spore, so it will be infertile."

Went on to say you could grow them out and look for sectoring.  If you see sectoring they're ok (i.e. not formed by a single spore / not infertile).

But I've also read it can be hard to get clearly defined sectors without going through multiple transfers / dishes because strains will grow on top of each other making the appearance of strains difficult to see.

And I haven't found any other discussion of infertile, single spore myc so I'm not sure if that's good advice.

So I'm wondering...
(1) should I be concerned about this being infertile, single spore growth?
(2) if so, what's the quickest and / or easiest way to tell if this myc is fertile?

i find it easier to keep the spores together on the plate so it has room to grow out

None of those spots are single spore growth, just grab whatever looks best, and transfer to a new dish.
