My agar or grains? please help

So I've put several posts up before about my pasty plates before, something needs to be done... this is probably my 5th attempt at bulk. So here we go.
This agar plate is after 6 transfers and for the life of me it looks clean? 


I soaked my rye grains for 18 hours, PC'd for 120 mins, left them in overnight and then carefully did a tiger drop.
There is a excess moisture in the jar but it seemed to dry up a day or two after the drop, could that be the problem?

Now after 24 days the jars looked like this

I shook them up, broke up very easy and I mixed 50/50 with coir, been 12 days and basically no growth besides a little fuzz.

please help me figure this out, I'm tired of the BRF jars, and I feel like I'm being very sterile in my SAB.. may upload the tiger drop to youtube later  if everything else checks out.. maybe thats the problem.

your agar plate is very tomentose. it could be that sneaky bacteria is hiding in there. what i would do is lower your agar nutrients down to about 1.6%.  which is 8 grams of light malt extract or brown rice flour to 500 ml of water. lower nutes in general will make any contams more visible. the culture looks uniform overall. what about your jar lids?  to be totally overkill wrap your pasty plates with glad wrap and your jars along the lid. you can put a piece of postal tyvek over the GE hole for your pasty plates for extra protection. 

the best thing you can do is take a video and upload it to youtube on a burner account with your phone on top of your SAB.

That would make sense, on all of my transfers I didn't actually see any contams until the myc grew over the entire plate and up the walls a little bit. it would then show between the myc and the plastic.. I will definitely give that a try. And the video I have is exactly that, my phone on the SAB, If i find the time tonight I will upload it to youtube. As for my GE holes on the plates I just use two layers of 3M medical tape. I will try tyvek on the next batch of plates. Thank you! I will get this down eventually!
