1st Heroic Dose coming tonight

Its been 3 weeks since 2nd trip. Links below for threads for my 1st Trip or 2nd Trip. I haven't got the experience I was hoping for when starting out on this journey. Along with increasing my dose from 3 to 4 last time and this time I intend to do six or seven Grams. I'll be home alone in the dark. My wife and family are gone for the weekend. Should I play music? I've heard to use only instrumental music or music with words you don't understand so as to not get distracted. Should I do 6 or 7 grams? Or? Any other tips or recommendations?

Id highly recommend 5 grams.

6-8 grams is demon territory

anything over 9 grams is ego death

The best way to pick a dosage is by reading a bunch of trip reports and picking an amount that seems to consistently have the effects youre looking for.

Even then its a crapshoot.Your mindstate matters just as much as the dose itself.

He had threshold effects from 3g, and very mild visuals with 4g.
Could be natural high tolerance, or weak shrooms.

5g+ sound appropriate.

Soak the finely ground shrooms in fresh lemon juice for 15 to 20 min, this will break down the shroom cell walls & extract the psilocybin into the liquid. It might convert some of the psilocybin into psilocin, too, due to the low pH.
Ater 20min, fill the glass with water or orange juice, then drink it all (with the sodden shroom pieces!).

This is called the "lemon-tek". Kicks in superfast and therefor feels stronger than regularily eaten shrooms.

If you don't get pretty good visuals and a strong trip from 5g lemon teked, then idk. :strokebeard:

be careful. don't underestimate how strong mushrooms can be. they can get you right by the balls at doses that high, in ways you might not imagine. assuming you're ready to buckle up for the ride, you should probably still have a sitter. also using them in a respectful way with good intents may help your mind set during the trip.
