please help identifying mushrooms picked in Vancouver bc

Please help to identify mushrooms on the picture.
Mushrooms found Nov. 5 in Vancouver BC at UBC forest under conifer trees (do not know which ones) at the edge of the forest. The earth surface was 100% conifer needles – no grass.
The younger spices all had distinct bluish-purplish tone. The more grown-up spices – more towards brown color though slight blue tone was still there. Interestingly all mushrooms changed color after drying for ~3 hrs in the car. In the field hats were brownish-bluish color, when brought them home they became much lighter – whitish-grayish.
The breaks of the tissue (stems, hats) did not change color.
Spore print - brown. (not rusty, not orange-ish, but not so much blue-ish either.)

They look like an Inocybe sp. to me

Inocibe.... wikipedia says they contain psilocybin. And also muscarin. Do people consume them for the sake of psycho - effects? Probably stupid question. I go wash my hands.

The Wiki doesn't exactly say that. It says -  vast majority of Inocybes are toxic, seven rare species of Inocybe are hallucinogenic, having been found to contain psilocybin - which is more than a shade different than 'they contain psilocybin'... there are hundreds of species of Inocybe. They are not uncommon and they are often difficult to ID to the species level.

It would seem rather unlikely that you've somehow walked out and found one of those rare ones (even more unlikely considering it appears that most of them don't even grow in North America), rather than one of the poison ones - and probably unlikely that you would ever be sure of it if by some strange chance you had..

Psilocybin - does blue-ish colors of mushroom indicate Psilocybin?

blueing is a sign of a active mushroom but their are other mushrooms that also stain blue that do not contain psilocybin and are potentaly dangorus like satans bolete.

Dont confuse the purplish hue if these mushrooms with "blueing" - bluing of psilocybes is distinctive and always looks pretty much the same, varying only by degrees.

Indeed - many mushrooms that are not active are purple, and it does not indicate toxicity either
These mushrooms are purple. One is edible, one is likely poisonous, one I am not 100% sure of species

this one displays a small amount of bluing

I'm curious how you came to that conclusion? C. collinitus appear to be pretty universally described as having a brown cap with a purple tinged stem. Does it not look more like an unopened Gomphidius sp, not yet showing black spore deposit? I did not disturb it, I was simply impressed with the level of slime, so I never expected to positively ID...

psilocin blue is special kind of blue.once you see that color you will remember it.

It's definitely a Cortinarius from sungenus Myxacium.  I misapplied the name Cortinarius collinitus because I thought I could get away with it, and I am impressed that you called me on it. 

We probably don't get Cortinarius collinitus in North America anyway, but it's still a somewhat useful name to misapply to various slimy Cortinarius species that don't have names yet.

It would be interesting to see what the DNA sequences of this say, if you have $20 to spend on it send it in to http://alvalab.es and ask for an ITS sequence.

I'd have to be fortunate enough to find another... That photo is from a few years ago. I know the area well though and visit fairly often, so there's always a chance.
