    #25540705 -

Fuck it Im done doing fucked up drugs everyday. Been doing coke pretty much everyday along with kratom and whatever else will entertain me. I want to do something in life, I love my brain and need to care for it better. This shits going to be hard but I can't go on like this.

i hope that you didn't give in, in that one moment of weakness.

it always passes.

and one you're on the other side of that moment?

(accomplishment feels so much better, then giving up in that one single moment!)

Meth feels good for the first hour and then you're jerking your limp dick to porn for like twelve more hours.

:nojustno:

Not my thing.

We're all rooting for you man, and know you can keep yourself from spiraling if you put in the effort!

Are you making an effort to cut back on your kratom doses at all?

Maybe try smoking a lot more weed while you cut back on everything else.

I would advise switching the coke and meth for Ritalin or something. Still bad for you (I think) but atleast you're not tweaking out on meth. Also weed is a great way to kick off other shit but it can be addicting as well so do be careful. Godspeed OP.

If you talk to your doctor about the quit smoking aid Zyban, which is also called Wellbutrin when prescribed for depression instead, it can help you kick stimulant addiction. It gives you mild stimulation itself, but isn't too euphoric and is easy in itself to stop taking once you've kicked addictive stimulant habits.

If you're serious about kicking those habits, I'd suggest trying it.

The meth thing is the most true thing anyone has ever said about meth.

I'm trying to cut back on kratom but my anxiety is just too bad my doctor gave me some clonidine to help but it makes me so tired and sluggish the next day, bad for work.

Weed is the worst for me, it kills my confidence gives me BAD anxiety and makes me lazy as fuck. I'm pretty fucked I ordered some etizolam for my anxiety but until then I don't think I'll try to quit kratom.

I tried to get that for ADHD a little while back but since I had a seizure from kratom my shrink won't prescribe me that.

Be reeeeeeeealllllllly REALLY careful with that etizolam, man.

I've heard too many stories of Shroomerites who got into etizolam "to help with anxiety," and then they ended up taking huge unregulated doses and ended up waking up in a jail cell with a shitload of fines and felony charges.

(Here's looking at you, Shroomslip, hope you're doing okay. )

Wellbutrien threw me into a full 3 minute seizure when i tried to use it to quit smoking a second time.  The first time was 8 years earlier and it worked but i was an anxious pile of stress the entire time.  It does work tho, just pqy attention to the risks.

I also have been abusing my body for 10+ years... have been chain smoking like crazy during those years. Nearly every moment that i had the chance i would lit a ciggy... pfft.. now my lungs hurt and feeling scared.. never want to go back to that hell.

Its a good choice to take good care of your body, your temple, nice to read you have come to that decision. I mean.. i honestly believe now, that all those harmful things, are being disguised as pleasurable, but that it aint no real pleasure. Real pleasure is in the good things, good food, real love, real happiness.
All these short intense rushes bring a moment of escape of daily life, but do more harm than they do good... i believe this pleasure is nothing compared to the bliss/peace one can have by living a life which is filled with beauty and good things.

Btw i switched from smoking tobacco, to chewing tobacco. I don't see this as really damaging, as people die of lung cancer, and not of the nicotine n such... chewing tobacco may have saved my life, but i hope & pray it's not too late... i have really overdone it in the past... always going to extremes... brrrr... im happy im free from it now, but yeah...
all the best

Switching from smoking to chewing just changed which type and location of cancer you can get.  Chewing tobacco has had numerous studies done on it that show it has significant risk.  Even nicotine in its pure form is considered a carcinogen, though a mild one, but you would really need to be taking it in its pure form for that low of a risk.

Get your brain drugs pumping and you won't be living without drugs. Learn how to activate the following:

1. Endorphins
2. Oxytocin
3. Dopamine
4. Serotonin

I'd hate life without drugs too, which is why I learned how to induce my inbuilt ones.

--------------------
Let it be seen that you are nothing. And in knowing that you are nothing... there is nothing to lose, there is nothing to gain. What can happen to you? Something can happen to the body, but it will either heal or it won't. What's the big deal? Let life knock you to bits. Let life take you apart. Let life destroy you. It will only destroy what you are not.
