I'm thinking about innoculating some Mini-Wheats cereal... anyone have any thoughts on this? Would it matter if they were frosted?

I've fruited off of grape nuts before...it's just a matter of getting the correct density with vermiculite.

I would imagine most people probably stay away from cereal as it is pretty expensive compared to buying bulk grains. But sounds like a fun experiment. Let us know how it goes.

i woudn't be supprised if the regular non frosted mini wheats work. they'll probably turn to mush
you could use them as food in a karo jar and see what happens i bet that woudl work better.
ti'd try 1tsp karo, 1/2 pint jar, 1 mini wheat non frosted

or.

no karo and a frosted mini wheat lol!
