anyone ever try this as/in a substrate?? they seem to have lots of nutrients, liek "Total" and what not. i'm not sure if they are what shroomies need but i figured it was worth a post. if this is in the wrong forum and should be in normal cult. go ahead and move it.

Im not sure which ones contain the best nutrients for shrooms, but i just does not seem like most will actully work.
first you should use one thats organic ( no preseritives)
then you probably would not want somthing like Total to be a major part of your substrate because it is too skicky and just becomes mush when wet. not what you want, you want the subs. to be moist, loose and airy.
but if you ground some up and mixed with verm it could work.
give it a shot and let us know which cereal worked.
